Anise Silverclaw

Basics: Anise has an innate ability to manipulate water as well as the ability to freeze it. This ability is not magic and does not require mana to use but is tied to Anise's life force and will. With this ability Anise can manipulate any type of liquid that has any content of water in it including but not limited to blood.

Active - (She has to focus or concentrate to use the ability.)

Manifest: Anise can pull water from unseen sources. Basically, she can accumulate any moisture that would be in the air. Depending on the humidity of an area this can be either easy or difficult. If an area is humid, she will be able to pull large amounts and at quicker rates. If it's arid, she will have a hard time pulling any and it will take a while. If there is no water to pull from, she can't materialize it. Water can also be pulled from beneath the ground. If Anise chose, she could pull from plant life, or even animals, but she doesn't believe in harming living things to use it.

Ice forge: Anise can form objects from the water she manifests. Depending on the availability of a water source and how well she can manifest will depend on the quality of what she can form. Anything she can actively image she can create. However, the complexity and amount of what she creates depends heavily on the availability of water but more importantly her concentration and energy levels. If she is tired, unable to concentrate or uses this ability for prolonged periods she will struggle with maintaining it.

Purification: Anise can purify any source of liquid and remove any contamination from it. This is a simple process of her separating the purest water from everything else. She can also purify poisons and toxins out of the blood. She's more proficient at doing this to herself, but she can purify toxins from others as well. Just like with purifying water, she removed the harmful things away from the fluids of the body. This means that the toxins will be expelled one way or another from the body.

Crystallization: This is a taxing process where Anise creates never-melt-ice from her life force. That means that so long as she's alive, the crystallized object will stay frozen and be un-breaking. As of now, she has a dagger made in this form, and the BloodOre groove's lake. Once she uses this ability, she will be a bit weakened until her life force replenishes. If she over does it and creates something too extensive, it could deplete her life force.

Pressure: Anise can create pressure with water, both by rapidly spinning water to create a stream or jet saw, or by hydro-static pressure.

Passive - (The ability happens without thought or concentration and can even happen when unconscious)

Synchronicity: Anise gets a boast when she's around water. It's relaxing and invigorating to her, and speed up her healing process if she's left in it while injured. This affect is also active if she's in a heavy downpour. Bad sources of water also has an effect if the source of water in an area is stagnant or putrid. Being around such sources of water can make her severely ill. The worse the condition of the water is, the more ill she'll feel.

Frigid Rage: When Anise's anger starts to rise, the temperature starts to fall. When ice particles and frost begins to form around her and the surrounding area, her rage has hit a dangerous level. By this point her icy abilities gain a boost in power and speed of forming.

Active -

Explosive Blood: She can detonate her blood on command when it’s exposed to air. This is due to volatile particles given from Ix’s that’s mixed with her own. She essentially separates her silver blood from the particles and it causes the explosion. 200ml of blood has the strength of 1 block of C-4.

Weapons: She's proficient with most weapons but prefers clawed gauntlets or twin scimitars. Swords in particular are a specialty.

Martial Arts: She has martial arts training and favors Muay Thai.

Passive -

Instinct: Anise has survived as long as she has due to a heighten instinct. It's more than just a gut feeling and will actively warn her against danger. Because she's learned to trust this instinct wholeheartedly she can effectively dodge attacks without thought. This allows her body to move faster than her mind can process what's happening. Trusting her instinct, she will basically respond to attacks or a sense of danger without thought process. This is only helpful if her body has the natural speed to dodge. Even with instinct, if someone is faster than her, she won't be able to move in time.

Immortality (Curse): She’s not invulnerable and can be seriously wounded, maimed and disfigured. A mortal blow (i.e. lung punctured, bleeding out, etc) will usually incapacitate her during battle. When she receives mortal wounds (except the head) she will eventually regenerate. However, her regeneration is slow, without aid from a healer, it could take weeks, or even a month to fully heal from a mortal wound. Some wounds like a severed limb will not regenerate without surgery or intervention. Being submerged in water for a long period can metaphysically jump start her natural healing, and possibly half the recovery time. (this could take as long as a week depending on severity of mortal wounds and does not work with severed head).

Lightning -

Because of Anise's extreme affinity to water, she has a severe weakness to electricity and lightning. Getting hit with lightning will sizzle through every nerve ending in her body, effectively weakening her considerably. While able to tank extreme amounts of damage, she can only handle a few hits by electricity before becoming too weak to fight or falling unconscious.

Anise's weakness to lightning extends past the physical debilitation. Because of various traumatic experiences in the past, including a repressed memory, electricity can cause her emotional and mental instability and may very well cause her to turn tail depending on the situation. If she is committed to fighting, she will stand and fight, though likely with hidden fear. If the encounter means nothing to her and electricity is involved she will likely chose to disengage.

Because of the way lightning zaps through her nerve endings, being hit will cause her temporarily paralysis lasting up to a moment or two. During this, she becomes defenseless and cannot react to any given situation.

Recklessness -

Anise is overly reckless. She often tries to tank attacks rather than dodging or parrying. This causes her to take more damage than she should and is often one of the reason's she loses battles. She's not afraid of pain (except lightning pain) and will push through severe wounds in order to continue fighting. Anise also tends to not know when enough is enough and will continue way past what her body can safely handle. Because Ix saw fit to give her Fatum Signatus, immortality, her recklessness has only gotten worse. However, without the curse, Anise would surely find herself dead.

Adrenaline Junkie -

Anise loves to fight. Yet, she doesn't care at all about winning. Instead, she appreciate the 'high' she gets from the thrill of danger. This causes her to seek opponents that are more powerful than her which ties in with her recklessness. The more dangerous and sadistic an opponent the more adrenaline she feels and the greater the joy she finds in the fight. This effectively makes her a masochist. It also means she often doesn't fight with her greatest potential and will neglect using her abilities to their full capacity.

True Death -

If you behead Anise, she will die despite her immortality.
