Vampire

• Death came in many forms on the lands of Skyrim. Trolls lurked in the deep forests and up in the mountains. Wolves and bears, even large saber cats prowled from the lowlands to the peaks. Bandits and Forsworn meant death to those traveling in unfamiliar areas. Even the various guards that patrolled the road ways.
  
  But there was one that death had taken, but could not hold, as she still walked the lands. Rumors spoke of her being Death's silent hand. Bandit dens were wiped out, bounties often left unclaimed as she was rarely seen out in the sunlight. Some claimed she was an un-killable warrior, a dragon in flesh and blood human form. Others called her a hero and others called her worse than bandits. Yet the woman kept to herself, only traveling into town when her supplies ran low or she felt the desire for company.
  
  When she traveled into the towns, it was clear that she was not some larger than legend warrior. But just skilled with a bow, dagger and sneak. She dabbled slightly with magic, usually to bring something closer at hand, or to light a candle. After stopping at the blacksmith, and the market, she could be found sitting in the local Inn. Sitting with her back to the far wall, leather gloved hands wrapped around a tankard, drink left untouched.
  
  A hood was normally pulled over her head, and pulled low to cast a shadow over her face. Yet some times it was pulled back, allowing the golden rod yellow hair, with hints of lilac color, to be seen. The hair was worn in a tight bun at the base of her neck, allowing a few locks to frame the thin face. Slightly pointed ears could be seen on either side of her head, though more rounded than a full Altmer Elf, but more pointed than that of other Nords. Fire light did strange things to her eyes; some times yellow, sometimes a red, though most agreed that they could be hazel. Skin was fair and nearly flawless, kept covered by a rough cotton and wool, or stained dark leather armor. A bow and quiver would rest at the side of her chair, leaving the pair of finely sharpened daggers resting in her belt. Her hood would be pulled back over her head as the local farmers came in and spoke of a strange creature leaving animal corpses in the forest, drained of blood. She would take her leave as silently and quickly as she dared, so not to bring attention to herself. After all, she was a hunter, not someone wishing to become prey.
  
  More than she was willing to admit...
  
  Throughout her long life, she did her best not to be caught by the guards when she looted from the bodies, and left behind chests and boxes. It was true that sometimes she was found in the act of theft. And with little gold, she went with the guards without a fight. Some of the jails were in a way 'cozy' and others, she had to sleep with both eyes open.
  
  Most times she was thrown into a single cell of her own, and other times she was shackled to the wall due to full cells. A few times, she did break loose and take back her items and the stolen items. Though most times, she did her time and brought no to little attention to herself. After all, she had to be careful, feeding was hard to do while she was locked away.
  
  She did her best to not get caught in the same place by the same people. After all, there was only a few who didn't age. And if it was found that she was a vampire, they would have killed her or worse.
  
  Every time she was caught and thrown into jail, her fear would grow, and left her worrying what if the next time the cell was opened; would it be her true-death?
