Leo is a special guy, because he looks very feminine. When Leo was younger, he was very distressed by his look. He did not look like the other boys, and when the other boys started to get six pack and become buffed, Leo remained small and petite. Leo tried to eat a lot and lift weights, but nothing seemed to happen. When Leo was 15 he started to accept his look, because he found a website where it was normal to look feminine. He started writing with a lot of people in there, and they accepted Leo just the way he was. He was thrilled.
Leo's mother and father, has always been working a lot so the time for support was not really there. Leo's father always told him to wear some clothes, that are more manly but he did already accept his look. Leo is in college, so it's rather hard to look like he do. People stare at him, and all. However he does have really good friends, that support him and he is so grateful for that. Leo sees himself as a normal college guy, with a normal life but he does not know yet, what he likes. If he likes girls or boys, and because of his appearence he has never been with anyone. Leo likes to play videogames all day long, and eat snacks.
Even though Leo has his piercings and has some messy hair, he really is a good guy. He is kind, and is good at accepting. You can always find some kind of bandaid on Leo, because he is good at tripping over stuff, and is just in general very clumsy

The Diclonius are a newly evolved species, arising from and very similar to average Humans, but possessing psychokinetic abilities far beyond any Human. For reasons that may be cultural as well as biological, they are often at odds with Humans to the point of threatening to replace them as Earth's dominant sentient species. Leo can spawn arms, that are invisible to the normal human eye and they are very dangerous. If you wanna fight a Diclonius, then know the lengths of the arms, and keep the distance and bring a gun
