The Wyvern

• Furcadia Description

  Legend's epitome. Onyx scales protected the humanoid's anatomy in a hardened dragon hide; Raa's only true wardrobe which his genitalia lurked behind. Keen spikes fell down the creature's spine and stopped nothing short than the end of his tail. Expansive draconic wings were coated in a calloused membrane and lined with an edge that could sever a human torso effortlessly. Magma burned perpetually around bleak pupils hot enough to sear right through many facades. A milleniums worth of wisdom resided within the wyvern's head as did carnivorous fangs. Talons were the last of God given weapons and certainly nothing to overlook. The predator's blood pumped cold but he wasn't completely heartless.

  This is the page where I will explain to you how to navigate my site successfully depending on your interests. It is also the page to find out about Raa in his wyvern form. On the topic of going through this website I will note that once it's completely functional and finished it'll probably be filled with information so it's probably important in the sense of conserving time to read through these couple of paragraphs.
  
  The pages on the top will be listed as The Wyvern, The Dragon, History, and Guestbook. The Wyvern will consist of basic and detailed information about Raa's base form as well as consents and a Playerstyle chart. This is important as it is most likely the form he'll be roleplaying in and obviously that will be necessary for any type of interaction. The Dragon will have inform you on basic and detailed information as well as have it's own playerstyle chart. This is important, both forms have very different personalities and the playerstyle chart will vary GREATLY due to this. You've been warned.
  
  History will eventually contain a past and present log of Raa's life. This is only going to be important if you personally want to catch up on his history. Guestbook will obviously contain a guestbook to comment on my character. I will use a couple of sentences to tell you a bit about myself now. I para roleplay and I'm good at it. I have very detailed posts for the most part and put everything usually into a roleplay I deem worthy. I do not ask for much but I'd expect for some form of maturity. Don't get me wrong I love to joke and kid around but if you're getting butt hurt over something silly I'm most likely going to call you out on it and things could get annoying from there. I'm not one for drama so if something gets started don't expect anything pleasant from me, if anything at all.
  
  I am very whisper friendly to the point to where if you messaged me joking around I'd joke right back with you. I also have a very opened mind so don't feel intimidated to approach me about anything. I am searching for long term role play partners. See seeking for more information! Though should one break through the scarred exterior Raa's a great friend and a formidable ally. He doesn't take shit from anybody, no acceptions. Should one cross him they should expect the worse. He's extremely vindictive.

• What is a black wyvern?

  A wyvern is a mythical creature that is of dragon blood. However they tend to be smaller and have no front legs they are extremely fast and almost just as dangerous. While there are undoubtably many different types of wyverns Raa is a black wyvern; descendants from the black dragon. Like the black dragon they are some of the most vicious and deadly of their species. They would be thought to be very territorial and aggressive, however Raa's usually not like that. They are extremely intelligent and should one be provoked chances are you will be mangled if not spread apart the ground in pieces.
  
  The black wyverns are the biggest of the lot. Wyverns all in general have long, draconic necks but this specific kind has necks that are slightly longer. Their hide is tough enough to withstand a gruesome amount of punishment from the sharpest of blades. The force behind their maw is powerful enough to shatter the connection of limbs to ones torso with ease. Talons on the bottom of their feet aren't conventionally used in combat but should the creature take to "hit and run" tactics through the air they can cause severe lacerations should one be without armor.
  
  The black wyverns also have spikes running down from the top of their head across their spine and ending at the extremity of their tail. These however aren't as much for offense as they are for defense. Should one attempt to attack the creature from behind it's highly unlikely they could get past those appendages without being impaled. In terms of flight capability the can take off almost instantly. Their flight speed is much faster than any creature known and maneuvering's just as simple as becoming airborne.
  
  All in all, they are something to definitely be weary of at all times regardless of disposition. They are known to be hot headed.

• What makes Raa unique?

  Raa wasn't born a wyvern. The beast was an ancient, high black dragon countless years ago. This form however wasn't easy to live in. The dragon stood fourty feet easy on hind legs. Seeing this monstrosity was enough to cause the elderly death by heart failure. Thousands of pounds of muscle and scale both harder and darker than a cave wall. Entire kingdoms had fallen before Raa and it wasn't even in spite. Being that kind of creature is extremely costly for those around you just to make your own survival possible. After too many cycles of bloodshed he began to study powerful possession magics lost to mostly everyone over time.
  
  All of the slaughtering had taken an unseen toll on his sanity. It had to stop one way or another. Not only because Raa didn't want to end the lives of innocents anymore but he also wanted to be accepted into society. This seemed but a fairy tale to him but nonetheless he continued looking into the magic. Over a years time he'd found everything out that was necessary to make it happen. That very night he left on a hunt to find a descendant of the black dragons; black wyverns. It didn't take long for he'd also looked into where these creatures lurk. When he approached the nest many scattered and the more reckless ones attempted to take him down. Needless to say it was over quickly.
  
  The dragon began the ritual. It took the blood of the wyvern to be drained completely and an equal amount of his own as well. In two nights he finnaly got it right, the only thing that was left to do now was finding a place for his true form to rest. Already having all of this planned ahead of time, he'd fly to the uninhabited island that he'd found and store the high dragon's soon to be carcass deep within its hollows. As Raa entered sleep the soul would transfer from his emptied husk across the lands and into the wyverns much smaller body.
  
  It would take a couple of weeks for him to get used to the body completely. A lot of the magic he'd previously known was still usable however some wasn't. As for the true for of the dragon deity, it hibernated far beneath an establishment now known as The Golden Tether. Slumbering for what seemed to be an eternity. But was this truely permanent? Only time could tell...

• Raa's Personality

  Solitude was a huge part of the dragon-like predator's life. Although this part wasn't wanted it was still present. The fact that he'd been so generous over the years to other species yet has alwasy been cast out due to fear factors has made him cold. Emotion was usually not evident around Raa. Strictly business, in a way to speak. Had something needed to be done he'd do it and fast. There would be no procrastinating at all.
  
  Although his race is known for their willingness to apply dominance in many situations, Raa wasn't one to do this. There are and will times where this might be necessary but overall the wyvern wasn't barbaric. He knew where he stood and this only needed demonstration should the predicament at hand absolutely require it. Clothes were never worn but it wasn't as if he lacked modesty because of it. The only thing visable unless somebody was trying to inspect the male inside of his comfort zone was scales. Genitalia was inside of his body and needed to be erect and forced out of a hard to notice slit to become visable. The creatures anus wasn't easily spotted either due to being underneath a large tail.
  
  Raa was more or less a serious type. He has no experience of joking, or being playful. These emotions and more or less trivial day to day parts of life were completely abnormal to the wyvern. However something that he does enjoy is company. In fact that is his most prized possession out of any he can remember. The times where he has had someone to share conversation with or even just to hold the other by far best anything he can think off throughout years. Though he can certainly be ruthless and cold there was unquestionably a heart somewhere behind all of that onyx hide.
