  She looks like that, but she usualy is in a power armor that hides her face and chest.
  
  Levy uses two Cutlass heavy blasters, who looks like exactly like the normal Cutlass but shoots Thermal Rounds capable of killing someone in an heavy power armor in a handfull of shots (or even one, if shot in a critical spot) and a courser in one clip, she also possess every and all possible equipment you can imagine (most have been stolen).
  She kills every Enclave or Dominion member she encounters and raid their outpost, leaving nothing but death behind her, she spares the one that stays out of her way and she even talk with persons with a well established warrior reputation.
  
  Right now this character is just set as a mysterious background outsider for Nero 7 : The Fall of the mercenary.
