he's one charming motherfucker. literally. he can schmooze his way into anyone's good graces, and knows just what to say to get people to buy buy buy. it's not just a character trait. sensitive to, null with some supernaturals.
*he can sense they're not mere mortals, but it generally doesn't work on them

click goes the flash and the men in black were never here. mortecai doesn't always want people to remember how strong his influence was, and can blur or completely wipe memories. must include him, or they're untouchable. so no forgetting past horrors, just anywhere he might be. including just an extra in the background.

i won't go into details, but he's willing to brew anything. love, luck, money, health...you name it. he works by commission and prices vary, so if you want an estimate, his door is open. always seeking people selling those hard to find ingredients, and has no qualms with haggling.

( smudging & exorcism )
i need a young priest and an old priest... or maybe just a powerful, egotistical witch. most spooks know when they've been bested, and mortecai can out-stubborn any clinging spirit or demon. he's also willing to help void contracts with the dark forces.
he's basically a supernatural bankruptcy lawyer.
