  🔹Water loves him, and he used to love water. But not like this.🔹
  
  It should be noted how low of a presence he seems to have; if you truly search in the room for this young man, your eye may stumble upon him. Infact, it's very possible to locate him with any other senses such as hearing, or smelling, especially if those senses are enhanced: It's just that the eye almost naturally 'slides off' him, like he is not supposed to be seen to exist in the first place.
  
  Definitely, this man has cursed his fate from the moment he took his first breaths in this form - a body that he does not recognise as his own: Fairer skin, hair darker than he is used to, flesh slightly cool to the touch, and eyes permanently glazed like glass. Has a fairly slender form fit for swimming. Has a heartbeat, but his slightly-lower-temperature-than-usual would be explained by that slow beat. Upon closer, scrutinising inspection, one'd notice the ends of his hair to vanish into the slightest of wisps. Truly, if it weren't for him being an actual physical presence, one could mistake this boy for a ghost, one prepared to phaze out of this existence as easily as you'd think him to have phazed into it.
  
  🔹This is not Quinlan's first life. This life is born from a death, several months ago.🔹
  
  
  Water seems to have funny effects around Quinlan, as little as he attempts to aknowledge it. Slight magnetic attraction, rain slowing down around his form, or a gentle thrum in the ripples of a glass of water. As he died by drowning in his late life, these powers are considered a curse, as much as he is capable of feeling this new kinship: His new existence is based on retribution, restlessness, and regret. As a result, sleeping and resting have become rare for this insomniac. Quiet and composed as Quinlan may strike you on the outside, surging emotions on the inside leave him near-permanently exhausted and thus, slightly irritatable on a bad day.
  
  The few dreams he has constantly share the same theme: Of drowning, his hatred for bodies of water, the heavy pressure on the chest, darkness and a gnawing chill, followed by a peaceful serenity. Of drowning another, watching them struggle against his power's extension that is pure water, forcing another to experience his fate to feel understood.
