  Leonard has grown up in a devout, christian family without much trouble in his childhood. During his teenage years he struggled a bit with his believes, also for fear as being disregarded as 'weird' by his classmates, but at age 19 God spoke to him and invited him to join him as his devout Servant. And Leonard gleefully accepted.
  
  For him, priesthood is a chance to help people, not only to stay on the right path with god but also as a way as providing care and an ear for the more immediate and less spiritual problems of his sheep.
