Tim Kyle

Tim got into acting at a very young age. You could say he was born into the film business since his father was a film-director, and his mother was known as the Mother-cutter of the United Kingdom. Tim's father has directed many low budget, but well-known, brilliant cult classics, and made connections through the business when Tim expressed his love for acting at age 4. Already back then Tim stole the spotlight with his subjectively cute little face, and dark deep eyes, and wow'ed UK's film producers at a school play in the role of Peter Pan. Already before he hit his teenage years his filmography was long, for starring in various TV-shows, short films, B-movies, and a few recorded plays in musicals in London. But that was never enough. One big role he got, however, at the age of 13. One hit wonder, a classic Christmas movie, screened all over the world, and is still to this day a favorite amongst other Christmas movies. One thing, though - it was British. Tim's dream and fascination lies with the big American Hollywood films, which he had a chance to take part of only two years later.

At age 15, Tim was offered an audition for small part in a new feature film that was coming up, which was a huge! Finally he had the chance to get a foot inside Hollywood's magical world. He begged his parents until they finally agreed on taking him to America for the audition. Although the chances for him to get the part were small, the light in his eyes shines bright and clear, and based on his earlier work, they all had a good feeling about it. Unfortunately, nothing went as any of them expected.
The audition itself went pretty well, but the chemistry between 15-year-old Tim, and the brutal casting director might have been a little too off. As a child you do not think clearly when an authorized adult tell you to do certain things, until someone points out whether things seem a little peculiar. After the audition Tim stayed for another week and got a callback right at the end. He went back to a sketchy private meeting with the casting director, and things quickly got heated up in a strange, uncomfortable way. The casting director went for slightly more handsy behaviour, and only a few minutes into the conversation about the part, an averagely-sized erected penis was in the face of young Tim. Luckily the assistant came into the room that second, and Tim found his way to escape. He ran off without saying a word, and later told his mother he did not get the part, and back to Northern Ireland they went.

A couple of times after the big audition in the US Tim was offered to audition for other American TV-shows and movies, but with a heavy heart he declined the offers. Even though he wouldn't admit it, he was marked by the episode in the office, so instead he chose to "focus" on his education. Still, of course, acting-related, he just needed to keep a distance from this "magical world of Hollywood" for a while.

However, he had a hard time keeping the creativity inside, so he taught himself to play the guitar although all he has was a left-handed guitar. Making music on an everyday basis, he started to think he was meant to become a musician rather than an actor and pushed away his acting dreams. Studying music for a couple of years, and he even moved to London in a shitty flat, with a strange flatmate, to study at King's College, department of music, however, he dropped out after one semester, when it hit him hard. Studying music wasn't what he wanted. Living in a shitty flat with poor conditions in London with a pothead of a flatmate, wasn't what he wanted. Working as a low paid barista with grumpy customers who hadn't gotten their coffee yet, bloody no.


L.A. was the answer.
