  Devin U. Arashi eventually participated in the Ibara Chunin exams with her sister backing her up all the way. The two of them breezed through the competition until she was able to become a jonin. Once she reached jonin however, she suddenly left the village disappearing for several months only to return bloody and haggard carrying Pyua Odaku. She refused to answer when asked where she had been and how she managed to get Pyua back and due to the random disappearance was forced albeit her father regretting his decision, to spend time in prison.
  
  Disgraced as a shinobi and disowned from her clan Devin took comfort in the fact that Pyua continued to visit her however eventually when the war started she was left to mingle with the rest of the prison populace. With her chakra sealed and limiters placed on her body she found it difficult to survive and was constantly terrorized. It was obvious why, here was the child of the kage who probably threw them all in jail she was easy pickings and she was constantly beaten and broken down turning from the bright spitfire she used to be into a slightly downcast inmate. However her depression would fade when she saw Pyua hiding her injuries while disguising them as if she were clumsy, though both of them knew what was going on but she had to at least pretend to be happy so Pyua wouldn't feel as if it was her fault.
  
  One day she had been cornered by two inmates and was dragged into a bathroom both of them stripping her down with their intentions however she fought with everything she had not caring if she died and screaming until she attracted the attention of a certain inmate known as Nightmare. Nightmare would save her from the two male inmates on a sheer whim, claiming that "She was bored" while Devin was gratefu even if Nightmare had given a shitty explaination. The two eventually grew close after Nightmare rescued her from being raped and Devin returned the favor when she nursed Nightmare back to health after a particularly brutal interrogation. Eventually Devin got pregnant and the clan elders wished to take the baby away, her aging father however still the clan head despite not having any male heir's put out a word for her allowing her to raise Alex within the prison.
  
  The early years allowed her some happiness, and Devin began to regain some of her lost personality as she raised her son Alex Nightmare having decided to name him after her beloved infamous alias. Sure it was tough raising a kid in prison however Alex quickly grew to be loved among the prisoners mainly due to his bubbly personality in fact Devin saw much of herself in him. She taught him much of her own techniques or at least the theory her own sealed chakra preventing her from truly educating him as she had planned on him eventually going to the academy and perhaps rejoining her family more specifically her sister as Saeko had never visited her, no doubt blaming Devin for their mothers death. However it would seem it wasn't meant to be as one day no doubt on the orders of one of the Arashi Clan members her food was poisoned three days before Alex's 8th birthday. She would suffer for three days refusing to simply roll over and die before she could at least wish him a final birthday while trying to hide exactly how bad it was from her son. Her present to him of course was a diary with Nightmare having bribed one of the gaurds to smuggle it in a couple of years earlier, Devin would write her entire lifestory and leave it to Alex so he could remember her and at the very least hear her side of the story if the clan tried to poison him against her.
  
  When Alex was 8 his mother died, Vela said it was food poisoning, though she never seemed to trust eating the food the guards brought after that. He knew it wasn't food poisoning, they killed her because they could and that was when he decided he would never trust anyone from the village. Alex grew up sealed, treated like a criminal for crimes he never committed, however he enjoyed it, for he was born in the harsh reality of the world and adapted to it. Being sealed as a child his body over compensated and eventually he broke his restraints and tore a war path through the prison breaking out multiple convicts in a bloody escape. Vela ensured his survival however when she took the fall for staging the breakout, her only reason for doing so being that she loved him and wanted to see her Silver again. She died in his place and that further distanced him from his village as he had lost not just one, but both of his parents to Ibaragakure shinobi.
  
  He was pardoned primarily due to his young age and perhaps because the clan wanted to make use of his talents. After all he had inherited his mothers powerful dojutsu; The Uzugan and utilized the combat style which made her so dangerous the Cloud Gates. Unfortunately for them while he served the village he wouldn't give up his secrets nor was he interested in any of their marriage proposals seemingly only focused on becoming as strong as possible to join the Hunter Nin corps. All of his training was done in secret, the only things which were commonly known were his mastery of the Body Flicker technique, and his utilization of Chidori. He would become a Tokubetsu jonin at age 11, joining the Hunter Nin corps a year later where he would remain for 5 years learning everything he could about Ibaragakure's structure and organization.
  
  He became a hunter nin under the cover of proving his loyalty to the village however he always felt like a chained animal and was escorted everywhere at least when he wanted to be followed that is. He had long since kept his true skills a secret, just like Nightmare he was extremely skilled in weaving illusions something which only was enhanced due to his Uzugan, he had spent time as a Hunter Nin for the express purpose of Dojutsu aquisition filling each one of his Sun Pupil points and learning everything he could about the Arashi Clan. At the end of 5 years he was easily S-rank stronger than the current Tetakage but he didn't wish to lead the village...no he wanted it to burn but realized not everyone deserved to suffer for his rage. So one day he killed his escort and left to explore the world, honing his skills and creating his own hidden village on one of the Islands in the Abyssal Sea.
  
  During his tour over the world meeting various individuals that he found promising to recruit into his fold, he met Wes a fellow rouge nin, who routinely disguised herself as a male, the two of them partnering up and eventually having a kid. The two of them became more notorious their bounties hitting the cusp of "Z"-rank, in fact within Ibaragakure thanks to the exploits of someone who kept killing Hunter Nin assigned to hunt him down his bounty had eventually been deemed a Flee on Sight. The village was successful, and everything seemed fine as Wes tempered Alex's rage towards Ibaragakure toning it down and preventing him from simply storming in with his army and destroying it himself. However revenge wasn't something that simply faded away and Alex had a master plan, raising his daughter up until she was five then leaving her in Ibaragakure before going completely of the grid his infamy fading into legend.
  
  Ceres is a retired medical nin having done her service to Ibaragakure and marrying her co-worker Xeno Ocelot. She remembers her father however and how brutal he was and has tried to shield her daughter from his influence. Her life wasn't that eventful after she was left in the village having been found and was quickly hailed as a medical prodigy due to having been taught by her mother primarily with this in mind. Her father had wanted her to assume control over the Medical Corps and then subsequently poison each of the shinobi with a slow acting and barely traceable poison he himself had cultivated. She had ultimately grown attached to life and couldn't bear to take it causing her to abandon the only thing she had been taught as a little girl. She is strongly opposed to Yvette's involvement in the shinobi world fearing her father's potential influence.
  
  Yvette grew up in a loving albeit a little over-protective household, her mother Ceres trying to protect her from everything and her father Xeno typically agreeing with her mom. Yvette found herself at odds with her parents and eventually enrolled in the shinobi program, much to the dismay of her mother. Yvette isn't particularly interested in the shinobi life however is doing it to piss off her folks, however she does aspire to be the best at what she does. She has begun reading up in the village library and has stumbled upon some interesting information...something about a renegade Arashi and a Nightmare...
  
  Yvette spent a short amount of time in the academy mainly because she had a plan, she was there to learn as much as she could using the fact that the Shogunate Shinobi Academy had a huge library to learn about her families past. She managed to uncover the name of her Grandparents and a brief mention of two of her ancestors. Ryuujin Arashi who was one of the Tetakage with the epithet The Crimson Sky God and Lexiane U. Arashi, the Two Tailed Jinchuriki with the epithet The Bloody Vixen. She wondered how her parents never mentioned it and suddenly all she read in the journals began to make sense. Her great grandmother had fallen from grace and disgraced the family only to be disowned and thrown in prison where she suffered until eventually dying. It caused the then 12 year old Yvette great anger and immediately upon finding this out she had to set out to the pits to take her anger out before she ended up doing something she regretted. Luckily she managed to survive honing her combat skills in the seven life or death battles and earning her Xel only thanks to her summons. She would continue training with them seeing as she knew unlike others she could rely on them as they would always have her back just like they did her Great Grandmother the only reason they weren't able to rescue her being due to the various chakra suppresants and kill-switch fuinjutsu adorning her body.
  
  It would be in this time of discovery that she would begin to make her own alliances, first seeking out means to become more powerful, learning about Psionic Release and locating the one person in the academy who had access to it in order to obtain it. She would then grow closer to her dorm mates, Regal Gekido, Zelana Yaju and Neo T. Arashi the latter actually never telling her his last name. Once the year she would spend in the academy was up she had managed to convince them all to drop out of the academy. It was after the genin exams where all four ended up leaving and getting their respective sponsorship from the Shogun they formally established the guild going by the name Epsilion.
  
  The fledgling group would split up with Neo going his own way while Yvette and Regal escorting Zelana back to Hakagakure. After dropping her off Yvette would likewise split up with him having encountered her grandfather who would take her to meet her grandmother at his missing nin base. For the next year she would train with the two of them honing her swordsmanship and other abilities in order to become more powerful and more capable of protecting herself. Once that was done now 14 and having grown a bit in height she set out once more to meet up with Regal to head to the Land of Madness to reclaim something of his ancestors. It was during this trip that they encountered a bandit group and stumbled upon Neo once more the latter helping them deal with the bandits. Unfortunately the leader managed to escape while detonating a huge portion of the castle and it was during these fights that Yvette finally realized that Neo was an Arashi and vowed to confront him over their next meeting.
  
  Over the next 6 months Yvette and Regal would begin to annex the Land of Souls from their bandit clan rulers. Initially it was slow going with Yvette doing odd jobs to build up funds so that she could remake the land in her image as it was war torn with very little natural resources but eventually she had enough to make an active difference in the lives of the people within the land. It was during these annexations that she clashed with Neo and learned his side of the story forgiving him and apologizing for rashly attacking him out of anger. Together they would finish off annexing the land while Neo would give her vital information on the state of the Land of Greed. Regal would leave heading for the Land of Malice simply due to wanting to gain experience in preparation for creating better weapon leaving Yvette and Neo to finish annexing the Land of Greed before Neo would head out as well on a training trip of his own.
  
  Thanks in part to the training her Grandparents gave her Yvette would cripple the Land of Envoy financially and politically first currying favor with the Envoy Daimyo before intimidating him into making her have the final say on the trade routes into the nation. Soon enough a political propaganda piece would spread through Owarigakure speaking about the social injustices that civilians had to ensure while living in a military owned state such as a hidden village. This empowered the civilians to seek change and the shinobi were faced with revolt only to respond violently. This violent response was ultimately the wrong thing to do as thanks to the mysterious death of the Envoy Daimyo Yvette began to run the Land of Envoy from behind the scenes, cut funding to the Hidden Village and grant the civilians safe passage out of the village crippling it further. After numerous assasination attempts which were rebuffed due to a combination of not knowing who was truly in charge due to proxy Daimyo's the financial trouble grew to the point that they were forced to amend some of their laws to grant civilians more power.
  
  But it was too late, the Civilians were jaded to the idea of shinobi rule and Yvette had gained the backing of Owarigakure's strongest clan the Zankokuna and along with the supplying of poisons, to poison the food supply, disappearances and actual assasinations done by hired missing nin, the shinobi eventually were all systematically either killed or routed out of the Land of Envoy putting it in control of the people and Yvette formally assumed direct control of it. Due to the revenue brought in by focusing on establishing trade between the three lands under her control mainly brought in by the Land of Greed she was able to purchase the Land of Evil and quarter it off in preparation for exploration at a later date. Before the years end their was a wall erected all around the four lands under Epsilion's control and the establishment of Epsilion Republic came into fruition. In the shadows Yvette began, along with the Zankokuna clan's instructions and breeding with hired mercenaries to revolutionalize the training program. Those interested in fighting were taught not how to kill like a shinobi but rather how to kill shinobi and rely not on chakra but rather honing their abilities with the absence of it. She hired only the best physical combat instructors within the Land to tutor her in kenjutsu while she approached the Cats in order to learn their own fighting style. She would use the acquired knowledge to create a type of fighter which was neither Shinobi or Mercenary but rather taking the skill of a trained shinobi along with the base template of a Mercenaries willingness to do anything for the coin and the old concepts of Bushido to create the Yakuza.
  
  Now at 16, Yvette Ocelot is perhaps one of the most influencial people, in the world but only those within the Yakuza know of the true extent of her political power. As far as the average civilian within the Epsilion Republic is concerned she is merely a rich noble, a former revolutionary, who is very charitable and attempts to bring forth change within the land and better the conditions. She is beloved among her people and held in a mixture of family ties as well as honor bound principles for those within the Yakuza seeing as she is their Kumicho (Supreme Boss). Her friends, the remaining three members of original Epsilion group eventually made their way back only to see exactly what she created and were systematically intergrated into the Yakuza for specific function, Hakayune Makihoshigo was the next member while she is still looking for the final member of Epsilion in order to push for her next level of plans. A place completely free from the influence of Shinobi where technology, and economics are allowed to florish while the criminal underworld is so intertwined with the government that the entire populance benefits while outsiders are subjected to the cruel fates which await them.
