    What are they?
    A study conducted by a group of Anthro and Human scientists to discover the origin of Nekos. The scientists themselves failed to find the true origin of the species. However, what they did discover was a unique characteristic all together.

    Among the original species of Nekojin there were the rarer subspecies. Much like the branches of the Anthro and Feral family of Felidae, the Nekojins were just as diverse as their patriarchs. These rarer subspecies seem to develop by a merging of Human DNA with their Anthro or even Feral counterparts if they were compatible. This gene splicing usual occurred from Human Female to the Animalia male, while it is known that Male humans to conceive with Anthro females, the results are not as intriguing as the original.

    The Nekojin, while typically of the house cat variety, can trace their ancestry back to Ancient Egypt in some cases, as according to the Maus. However it is their bigger cousins that gain more attention.

    These subspecies contain more genetic DNA typically from their animal parents, though it is atypical of them to carry traits from both species, though specimens found were generally male in gender. Both genders appear to be fertile depending on which genetic code they gained from either parent. With the female half of the subspecies, the Human menstrual cycle is missing though some cases appear to go into monthly 'heat' cycles. Other cases take after their feral cousins in more yearly heats.

    From Data collected these subspecies can crossbreed to all known species so long as they are within their genetic family: Humans, Anthros {Most compatible with common feline species}, and Feral felines only. The crossbreeding have ranged effects on offspring, ranging from inheriting only parts of the original Neko DNA, to a more anthropomorphic appearance, and further still to a 'taur' like creature, or even an anthro conception blending both species.

    Of total Nekojin's born yearly, only 3.7% will be among the subspecies. Longevity is common, though limited to which genetic code was inherited by each parent. Life expectancy ranges from 12 years to 135.

    - Hound
    - These were the ones most people thought of when thinking 'bounty hunter'. Those who killed their prey. However there was a line they didn't cross. Unlike the Mafia, the Hounds did not attack an innocent. Some were very specific on who they hunted, such as White Rose, who hunted Masters who mistreated their slaves and pets into the extremes. It was wise not to cross them, otherwise you might be on their list. To be fair when given any sort bounty to fulfill they did research first - a spurned lover is one thing, a vengeful one against someone who was not in the wrong is another.

    - Four-Leaf Clover was notoriously one of the best spies known to the Hunters, though now retired to some casino in an undisclosed location. He taught few to become as good as he was. Those who delved into this group were after one thing only - Information. And they gained it through any means possible. Sex, drugs, violence...whatever was suited for the mission, they would use to their full extent.

    Be careful of what you ask... An embodiment of beauty and curves that would make even the most jaded blush. Golden, sun-kissed skin looked as soft and smooth as silk, dressed in the most delightful and sophisticated of laces, accentuated by pearled beading that shimmered with every move. An outstanding choice of dress, especially when such a bountiful frame was considered -- ample bosom and toned torso were emphasized proudly by that form-fitting attire, while voluminous thighs and elongated legs peeked from a teasing slit down the front that reached to mid-thigh. Feline ears seemed shaped like a butterfly's wing, coated in black velvet and tipped in long tufts. Locks of tumbling mahogany, highlighted in honey-blonde, danced in meticulously formed curls and framed a delicate, porcelain face before falling down her back, stopping just short of a shapely, round rear and short, fawn-colored tail. Hauntingly pale, icy-blue eyes seemed bedazzled in golden stardust and offered a beautiful contrast with that deliciously rich skin tone. All while a dominating-ly coy smile graced full lips, inviting and enticing even the most loyal of hearts. ...It may be the Darkness that answers.

    -Zarlah is blind and has been since birth. Most are unaware of this particular oddity and Zar often prefers to keep it that way. She does not view this as a 'defect' but only as another way that she is different. In her mind, it may even be viewed as a strength, it's far harder to 'blind' someone who doesn't see the same way you do.
    -Zarlah is a very strong psychokinetic (for lack of better terms to explain it to anyone who isn't familiar with what she is). She uses this ability to 'see' by projecting her energy in a large area (Spoiler: She DOES have to be awake/conscious in order to project her energy. It's not automatic.). Much like a spider's web, her energy touching things sends information back to her so she can 'map out' the area in her mind like a big 'model'. Movements, even as small as breathing, provide enough changes/new touches to her energy for her to see it. So if someone's crouched down to 'hide' in a room behind an object, she's still going to be able to 'see' them.
    *That said, it's possible to overload this ability. Extremely heavy rainfall would do it. A dust storm. Things like that would send so many signals she couldn't read them all. Please note it has to be a lot of something small in order for it to make it seem 'solid' and indistinguishable.
    **Along with using this to see, she is also able to use her psychic energy to create weapons purely from that energy. In order to do it, she has to have held that weapon in her hands recently. These energy weapons act in the same way a real weapon would as far as being thrown, cutting, wrapping around something in the case of a whip.
    -Zarlah is practically immune to poisons and, in fact, her blood could potentially be used to create an antidote to most poisons. This is a result of being used as a test subject for poison research as well as her own extensive study of poisons that began from the time she was a very small child. She's been poisoned by so many things, so many times that she's developed a natural immunity to poisons of nearly all kinds.
