  Other characteristics: her skin is lightly shinier than normal and sparkles like diamonds when she is exposed to water, and her hair always seems to be curly
  Abilities: As you would expect, Crystal has all sorts of witchy magic, she can do anything from shapeshifting into other animals, to making things appear out of thin air, or at least she could if she had any control over her powers. She usually sticks to using her wand for her magic, though she can use magic without it. Her wand mostly helps with the aim, but it also has a little bit more control too, even though she really doesn't have any control with or without her wand.
  As for her siren abilities, not only can she use magic as a witch, but she can also use her voice to do almost anything she wants. However, she hates what her voice can do, even though she not really “good” though, she doesn't ever want for people to do things against their will. Although she doesn't have much control over the luring echoe even just her speaking voice makes, she never sings when others are near her, unless she has to. But when she’s alone she can’t help but to sing her heart out, because, whether her voice is evil or not, she still loves to make any sort of music.
  Also with being part siren, she can always trade her legs for a tail whenever she is in deep enough water. But unlike mermaid, she only has scales on her tail, whereas mermaids also have scales on their arms. Another difference between the two, is that instead of having gills and being able to breath under water, sirens only have normal lungs and breath air, like dolphins or seals, and they can just hold their breath for very long amounts of time. But as you would expect, their time underwater is still limited.

  Weapons: a thin white wand with silver vines carved into the surface (although she can use magic without it, it really just helps with the aim)
  Scares: two sets of claw marks on her left leg, and one slightly larger set on her right, along with a brand mark on her left shoulder shaped like an H

  Mannerisms: often starts daydreaming randomly, and has a small problem with curiosity
  Likes: Pink, purple, orange, silver, sunsets, art, singing
  Dislikes: the dark, hot-dry weather, humans, people knowing she's part siren

  Familiar: a small black dragon named Smoky that can turn to metal and form into a bracelet or necklace on Crystal, he is only a baby though, so he can't do much

• Crystal's Description

  Crystal is the youngest of her small group of monster friend, but is really the leader of them, even though they've never actually discussed it. She loves to play around and have fun, but when it comes to something serious, she’s the one who knows what to do.
  As for her looks, she practically demonstrates pure beauty, probably from being part siren. Her long soft hair is always waving and bouncing back and forth as if she’s in water, but she usually likes to have it pulled back in a ponytail or braid, unless it’s a special occasion. Her skin is almost like glass, it has a dim shine to it even if there isn't any light. And her eyes sparkle like diamonds. What she wears is practically unpredictable, but her ensemble is always filled with color, along with several rips and tears throughout the fabric from many different “adventures”.
  Her voice has a small echo to it, and it becomes even more noticeable with strong emotions, especially anger. And, with being part siren, her singing voice is amazing, it’s almost as if she has a microphone with her wherever she goes.

• Crystal's History

  “Breathe” a man told his wife who was laying on a hospital bed. She huffed and groaned as she held tightly on the man’s hand. The doctor entered the room to inform them of the current news “she’s not going to make it”.
  “Well can't you atleast do something!” The man yelled at the doctor with fear and anger.
  “No” the doctor said with a sad voice, “but the baby will live”. Immediately after the doctor finished talking, the woman started to yell and scream. Two nurses rushed into the room and started to help. The woman held tight on her husband's hand, then the screaming stopped and her grip loosened.
  The only noise was the sound of a baby crying. A tear ran down the man’s cheek, then he loosens one hand from his wife’s, as one of the nurses gave him his daughter. He held the baby with one arm as held held his dead wife’s hand with the other. Tears ran down the man’s face then his daughter grabbed his shirt and he looked directly at her little face.
  “It’ll be alright, don't worry” the man whispered to his daughter, then closed his eyes again with gritted teeth.
  

  4 years later

  “Daddy look” Crystal held a paintbrush in her hand with a big smile on her paint covered face. Crystal’s clothes were completely covered in paint and she showed her father the very messy painting she made. Her father laughed as he videotaped “it's amazing!” He told her, even though he could really tell what it is.
  The four-year-old Crystal giggled, then jumped down from her little stool and ran towards her father, splashing paint everywhere. She hugged his leg getting paint all over his pants “I'm the paint monster!” She said while laughing.
  Her father was about to respond but was stopped by the doorbell ringing.
  He stopped recording and put his camera down on the small table in the middle of his living room. “Wander who that could be?” He muttered to himself. Crystal let go of his leg as he started walking to the door. Crystal followed him and hid behind his leg.
  Her father opened the door to see two armed men and a large truck parked in front of the house, with a symbol shaped like an H on the side. Her father hesitated, “can I help you?” He asked, looking back and forth between the men and there guns.
  “Are you Henry Tom Fisher?” One of the men asked.
  “Y-yes” Crystal’s father hesitated before responding. Henry took a step back and put a hand in front of Crystal as both men quickly pulled their guns up and pointed them towards his head.
  “Daddy?” Crystal called her father’s name with a shaky voice.
  “What do you want?!” Henry asked them both quickly with a much louder tone.
  “You know what” the other man said with a low voice. Then he pulled his finger and a bullet speed out towards Henry’s head. But before the bullet could hit, Henry was gone, with a swift move of his hand, he and his daughter had both teleported upstairs. Crystal’s father immediately started digging through an old looking chest.
  “Daddy?” Crystal spoke to her father again, but he didn't answer. After a few seconds, Henry pulled out a beautiful white wand, with silver vines imbedded into the surface. Crystal stated at it in amusement, as her father brought it towards her.
  “Crystal, I'm going to have to leave ok?” Crystal’s father looked at her with his eyes filled with fear and tears.
  “Bu I don wan…” Crystal started speaking but was cut of by her father.
  “Crystal, this is for you. You have to use it” her father told her while handing her the wand with his hand shaking. Crystal looked at it then looked back at her father's face.
  “B-bu” Crystal started crying now, her father had told her before of what she could do. But, being a child, she was never taught anything.
  Crystal stared into her father’s eyes, but her head turned as loud footsteps started to echo behind the door. “Don’t worry, it’ll be alright”, her father told her. Then he picked her up and speed across the room, picking up his own wand from a side table. He then picked up a small metal dragon and opened up a large dresser. Crystal’s father bent down in front of her as he set her down inside. Crystal looked at her wrist as the small dragon came to life and wrapped itself around it.
  “You’ll be safe, I promise” as Henry said this to his daughter, he closed the dresser door and turned around to find Hunters banging on the bedroom door. The door burst open and immediately the Hunters started shooting.
  The last thing Crystal heard was the sound of bullets until every bit of air was sucked out of her and it was as if she were in some sort of wormhole. Then everything stopped, it was silent and dark. Crystal pulled herself back into the corner with tears running from her cheeks. The little dragon that had wrapped itself around Crystal’s wrist was alive again, with warm black scales and glowing green eyes. It made sort of reptilian pering noise as it started rubbing its snout against Crystal’s cheek. Little puffs of smoke emitted from the dragon’s nostrils as it made almost a sort of song. Crystal let out a little chuckle while wiping her nose, “smoky”.
