- DSLR Camera + Long Range Zoom Lens - A staple of her occupation, she uses the camera to collect evidence. She lugs around a big a zoom lens as she can get away with depending on what other supplies she needs.
- SIG Sauer P228 - A standard issue police gun. She seems to have gotten it through legitimate means, and generally uses it only for self-defense. She has yet to actually fire it. Though she seems like she has had basic gun safety classes, Electra probably doesn't go to the range enough to have perfect aim.
- Smartphone - You don't expect her to keep her contacts on a Rolodex, now do you? Also useful for snapping quick pics when she doesn't have her real camera with her.
▌M i n d ▌O u t l o o k ➺ More cynical than idealistic, but she is willing to give others the benefit of the doubt, and seldom passes judgement before a full investigation.
D e m e a n o r ➺ Friendly unless given reason to be otherwise; inquisitive and open-minded, but sure of herself in areas that she is knowledgeable; stubborn when her curiosity gets away from her, always looking to thoroughly solve any case presented; occasionally paranoid, thinking that she is being watched due to knowing how easy it is to spy on others; intrigued by crazy conspiracies, but finds smug joy in proving that it's something more mundane instead (since she believes in Occam's razor)
A r c h e t y p e ➺ Analyst/Theorist - Everything must have an explanation, but she knows that one has to put in the proper effort to get to the truth. Mysteries are just situations where one does not have the full picture and she wants to illuminate as much as possible of the world around her.
B e l i e f s ➺ Something of a Flat-Earth Athiest - though she has seen some questionable and mysterious shit, she still thinks that there is a rational answer out there. She is more likely to think that a mystery is beyond her abilities than to believe that there is magic or demons afoot (at until she has solid evidence of the contrary).
▌P a s t ▌Her mother was a Librarian and her father was MIA. Growing up around books, she became fascinated at how much information was at her fingertips, if only she took the time to look for it. She had a relatively uneventful childhood, one neither marked by excess nor neglect. Though her mother, being the sole provider, was often busy, Electra had many friends to entertain her when she wasn't nose-deep in a novel or encyclopedia. Since her mother knew the value of education, she was put in the best British public school in her hometown. Those years of education helped her get a firm grasp of the politics necessary to endear herself to her much richer peers. She quickly learned the value of a well-timed flattering comment as well as when to keep her mouth shut and to simply smile.
Once graduated, she moved across the pond and sought a degree in Criminal Justice, perhaps inspired by all the mystery novels she had devoured in her youth. However, she soon found herself disenchanted with her field of study because there was a lot more focus on legality and paperwork than she had expected. Instead of finishing her degree and working with the local law enforcement, she decided to set off on her own and began her own business.

Given enough time and the right resources, she can find even the most minute details that a target may be trying to conceal.
