  • Like any good story, this one began with two lions, that fell in love. However, when they tried to conceive a child, they couldn't. So the pair set out to visit Olde World's rare magic users. This shaman set to work, using his rituals into urging the couple into copulation, in order f or him to summon powerful beings, from higher plains, to possess the lion and lioness. Ritual was finished when they reached the climax, each lion took three days to recover. When they awoke, the avian explained that too gods took control of them, and now the lioness should be with child. When asked which gods, the shaman had shook his head, and told them that the beings could have crossed the dessert, or the sea in the north, and even across the world. Regardless of the entities, the couple rejoiced at the pregnancy they had achieved, returning home to their village to wait their precious child. When the child was born, the son was given the name Braeden.

    Braeden's life with his family wasn't an easy one, but it was full of love from his parents. His education in hunting began at age eight, which he lead his fellow cubs, and he had his first crush on a fellow hunter at age nine. Life changed for the gifted cub, when his village was attacked, and his people was taken prisoners. The villages cubs were among the lucky ones, and shipped off to for profit.

    The journey aboard the vessel had been long for Braeden, since every stop it made unloaded more and more of the people of his villagers. The crew of the vessel took pity on the cub, who had this boundless curiosity towards the ship they sailed on, so they took him under their tutelage, and taught him how to work aboard the vessel they were on. by the age of eighteen, Braeden was fully capable of maintaining and sailing a ship that rode the seas.
