• Biography

  Pelia VII is the oldest daughter of King Cent II of the Kingdom of Centre. She heads the League of the Four Sisters, a group consisting of herself and her three siblings. Together, the group has edged power away from their father, and are now in de facto control of the government. Pelia holds control of the military while her other sisters have control over foreign affairs, the economy, and education. To coincide with her role, she was awarded the Mask of Bravery, a white mask with both a blue line running down the left side, and a yellow line running down the right. The Mask represents the highest authority in the kingdoms military, and is worn on all ceremonial occasions, and public matters of state.
  
  Pelia VII characterizes the hard line ruler. She is very passionate in her positions and her views on the direction of the Kingdom. In a time where national fervour is almost non existent in Centre, she tries to revive patriotic sentiment, and bolster a drive for reunification of the old Empire. She is standoffish and aggressive when provoked, but also speaks with the flowery and eloquent language of noble tradition. She is not a negotiator, and sees conflict as a solution to all problems. This has given many in the Council of Ten cause for concern.
  
  Pelia is a warmonger who would see to gain power through iron and blood. She cares for her people, but not enough to reconsider sending them out to die in war.
