• Biography

  Matias was born deep in the northern forests in Alaska among a large pack of wolves, his mother and father were alphas in the pack and so he was raised to become an alpha himself.  As time went on, he grew up finding himself a mate among the pack and they in turn had a pup as well.  As the leader of the pack died, he named that a black wolf named Korlun would take over the pack and only a few objected at first but were quickly put in their place by Matias and a few others.  As Matias reached his 3rd year of life, a large fire erupted in the forest around them from a campsite of a few foolish humans.  As the fire spread, Korlun led the pack into the mountainous region and ordered Matias to head back and look for any that might still be alive.  Acknowledging his command, he left the pack and headed back into the forest, using the rocks to protect him as the fire spread on past him.  Heading back the way he had come, he came to an abrupt halt as he found the path to his pack already cut off by the fire.  Heading up the rocks he ran into the mountains hoping to catch up with his pack when he suddenly heard the howls and whines of his pack in the mountains.  The smell of burning hair flared his nostrils and he ran towards the sound till he arrived in a grassy area that his pack had become cornered in.  He watched in horror as his entire pack burned alive in the fires below.  Now he roams around Alaska hoping to find some measure of peace for his life or a peaceful death.
