She is studious but not involved in extracurricular activities, and curiously not pursuing higher education despite having the resources to do so. She takes criticism harshly with fear. She is timid and can be worryingly submissive towards men in general. Quite intelligent and talented but lacks self confidence and a sense of worth.

• Bio

  Kind but shy, Danny is generally liked, but often overlooked by just about everyone. No one has anything poor to say about her, but despite having grown up in town, no one can really say they know her all that well, she simply fades into the background, keeping quietly to herself. In Highschool, she proved to be an exceptional student and was expected to go on and do great things in the years following her graduation, with a demure attitude, a sharp mind, a substantial bursary and a Father of Moderate wealth to help pad the way.
  
  Things weren't ever going to work out that way though, the mild-mannered, good-natured young woman was hiding a dark secret, and hiding it well.
  
  Her Father is a controlling and violent man, who has taught by his own dysfunctional family that women were to serve and subjugate, and that the man of the house was never to be questioned or challenged.
  
  All of his children have experienced abuse of some variety or another, but Danny has always had it worse than the others. When her Mother killed herself with a prescription drug overdose when she was only ten, likely to escape the horrors of everyday life in the Long Household, Danny was expected to step into her place. She was to keep the home, serve her Father and older Brothers, and do as she was told without complaint or question, while also maintaining her schoolwork. She was punished harshly for her failures, and over time the dynamic shifted further. They seemed to begin to enjoy it, going out of their way to make her life unbearable while keeping a tight leash on her to keep her meek and under their control, with no end in sight.
