NYEH!Undertale is a roleplaying video game created by American indie developer and composer Toby Fox. In the game, players control a human child who has fallen into the Underground, a large, secluded region underneath the surface of the Earth, separated by a magic barrier. The player meets various monsters during a quest to return to the surface, mainly through a combat system. One such monster the human encounters is an affable, crafty, eager, and heartfelt young skeleton by the name of Papyrus.
Papyrus is overall an optimist and can range from either a supporting character all the way to a heroic antagonist (which would be his dream come true, mind you) with any possibility in between. Snippets from any plausible multiverse will be taken and generously applied to the character including my own interpretation from the game. Papyrus can be played in just about any given setting, alternate universe, crossover, canon, or any general multiverse overall. Considering his origins and character definition, just about anything makes sense. Player is friendly, open-minded, unrated, and uncensored.
My characters beliefs and actions are his own and do not necessarily reflect those of his author. Please do not take anything my character says while I am writing him personally. This is entirely fiction, and nothing should be taken seriously.

RULES
I am new to the Undertale fandom.Very new. However, I really wanted take a stab at this and as usual with anything else I ever get into, I am late to the fandom party. That being said, any long-standing or well known headcanons, universes aside from Undertale itself (Underswap, Underfell, etc.), or established fanmade ideas, history, beliefs, features, etc. that I miss or are unfamiliar with, bear with me. It's a learning process and some of them I might even refuse to incorporate via my own preferences. I am not opposed to any open-mindedness and learning new things, however, so any sharing of ideas is extremely welcomed!
Availability is U.S. Central Standard Time in the evenings. I tend to work long hours and currently have two jobs, one of which is full-time. This is not to deter from long-term plots despite the possibility of long pauses in RPs! A lot of patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Messaging style RPs are perhaps the best kind whereas live roleplays will be much more difficult. My apologies in advance!
I have a tendency to be a lurker. A lot of RPs I may just want to sit and appreciate as a spectator. I am still learning after all. Please do not pressure me to join in.
No underage kids asking for inappropriate types of roleplays. I do not condone that sort of thing and neither should you. I am a skeleton with standards after all!
No auto anything or powerplaying. No one else gets to determine what's going on with my character but me. I will obviously show the same respect.
No God-modding. I understand powerful, ethereal beings exist, but most entities of that caliber have some kind of composure and restraint for us little guys, ammirite?
No Mary-Sues/Gary-Stus. That being said, I love original characters and I am more than happy to try my hand at getting to know original characters. I also welcome all forms and fashions of canons from any other fandoms as well.
