Directly outside a random building, one that looked old and like it had once been an estate of some sort that had fallen into disrepair and bought, a sign had been tacked up.

Inside the building, a delicate male dressed in sea green silks that cost most families a years worth of wages stood at the desk. His long auburn hair was in a braid going down his back, eyes as green as gems. The male was barefoot and moved with predatory grace. He smiled when the door opened. His teeth were more shark-like than human.
"Have you come to inquire about the sign?" he asked. His voice was eerily hypnotic, a siren call.
