Joker slowly nodded her head. “Ah, I see… well, your Papa and Uncle are very lucky to have this lovely place.”
Suddenly, a small figure bumped the door open violently, seemingly excited.
She ran in, and shouted while jumping, "EXAMS OVER!!!"
Apparently, it was Lin Xueqing, and she seemed joyous.

Joker seemed to be startled when the small figure ran into the bar. She didn’t want to be judgemental, but she’s unsure if this person was a child or a really short person.
“Exams for what?” Joker asked the figure carefully. “College or university I presume?”

"Yea, it's about college stuff." Xueqing nodded, then tilted her head at the unfamiliar figure, a bit curious.
"Um, I don't usually see you around..?"

She scratched her head, and walked a bit closer. "If I may ask, what's your name?"

“Oh. Me?” Joker inquired, before letting out a small, tinkling giggle. “Yes, you may be correct. I am not from here. I came here to visit.”
She then gave a small bow. “You may address me as Joker. A pleasure to meet you.” She didn’t seem to recall her last name, or even first name, if Joker even is her real name. She’s a jester by design after all—an odd jester, with a butterfly mask that covers her eyes and that large butterfly-patterned bow behind her back may I add—“Joker” could be a stage name.
“Then, may I inquire—what is your name? Since you were so kind to ask for mine?”
She then gave a small bow. “You may address me as Joker. A pleasure to meet you.” She didn’t seem to recall her last name, or even first name, if Joker even is her real name. "Not from here? It's usual for people across the multiverses to emerge here, actually." Xueqing gave a smile.
"Also, name's Xueqing! Lin Xueqing."

"Also, name's Xueqing! Lin Xueqing."

“A pleasure to meet you, Lin,” said the Joker, before gently wrapping her gloved but seemingly delicate hands around the five long points of her claret-and-black jester hat. The points extend up to her hips.
“Do you mean these?” she inquired, gently jingling the points, which have golden bells at the end of each. “Well… a friend gave it to me,” her voice cracked slightly. “She is…no longer here with us.” She seemed to leave it at that, letting go of the jester hat’s points.
She then spread out her hands and lightly kicked her legs, seemingly showing her attire: a parti-colour which matches the colours of the hat, stripped plunderhosen with the same colours, leggings, a pointy waist cape, and long poet sleeves with gloves on her hands. Of course, that hype realistic butterfly-patterned bow behind her waist.
“If you mean my outfit as a whole, well, I had to modernize my attire back home. I chose the butterfly theme because butterflies are such delicate creatures, but could hide a poison beneath their beauty.”
She glanced at the child, eyes seeming to pierce through her mask. “You know what I’m talking about, correct?”
Joker’s voice sounded kind, but something beneath the flourishing flowers of it would be deemed terrifying.

Joker picked up her glass, stirring the ice in a trance. Unconsciously, she quietly said, “…beneath all the delicate flesh that can be ripped like paper, and bone that can be snapped like twigs...”
Quite an ominous saying.
She then took a sip, glancing back at the young girl. “Ah, sorry. Just a little… theatrical humour.”
Joker picked up her glass, stirring the ice in a trance. Unconsciously, she quietly said, “…beneath all the delicate flesh that can be ripped like paper, and bone that can be snapped like twigs...”
