Looking for a place to either fit in my "robotic" character or make a character for a magic-based plot. I'll do anything from Fandom stuff, to original stuff, to somewhere in between, but I'm not the best with Slice of Life. And do be warned that my responses can range anywhere from short paragraphs to just a few sentences, but I'll explain my reasoning for either.
Also, some Fandoms I'm familiar with:
Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Fairy Tail, Percy Jackson, Mega Man (Wide range of knowledge, but not sure if anyone really knows this stuff anymore), Lord of the Rings, Yu-Gi-Oh! (If it can even be considered a Fandom), Pokémon, and some others, most likely related to these.
Also, some Fandoms I'm familiar with:

Far future, perhaps interstellar travel (generation ships)
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance is slightly desired, but the overall plot is more important.
