I have this character called Charlie Shepherd that I would like to try out.

Charlie is a rich politician and head of a corporation. Along with this, he happens to be a serial killer. Charlie doesn't like people in general, some people think of themselves as his friends when he actually doesn't like them at all. The only person who he actually likes is his son who lives with his ex-wife. He has this feeling of competition that he feels he needs to indulge in. If he doesn't get what he wants, he resorts to murder. He kills people that will as a result improve his career, people he hates more than other people and sometimes people at random. Charlie is also likely to indulge in sex, drugs and of course, murder.

As you can tell this would be a darker sort of roleplay. I was thinking that maybe someone might have a character that could be in a roleplay with him. Maybe a rival, someone he 'partners' up with or anything else. If you'd like to do this and have an idea how they will know each other, just let me know.

Seth has had all sorts of dealings with different sorts of minds and illnesses. If you interested (I can play him as a human). Perhaps Charlie has had some dealings with Seth's hospital and tends to ended up with the people that he murders in the hospital's morgue?
