It's ask a stupid question day and Kim would like people to ask questions.

Want to know something about RPR? What's coming up? Got a question and are worried it might be silly? Kim wants to know, so don't be shy! Now is the time to ask!

Stupid Question #1- Do we ask them here?
SQ#2- How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
SQ#3- How do you vote on stuff? No, seriously, how? Am I blind and dumbdumb'd? I can leave comments, but I can't figure out how to vote in dev logs.
SQ#4- Could I ask more stupid questions? (Answer: Why yes, Lolrens are perfectly capable of asking stupid questions!)

Yes my question is, is there a place that has a very very very (Okay, put in laments terms, 2nd grader style) dumbed down version of how to use CSS code for the Templates? Or step by step coding guide to follow and template making to follow? Because as computer savy as i am, and electronic savy, i am in foreign land with coding and this template stuff x.x
