Hello everybody! I don't know if these kind of requests are normally done here, due to me being a relatively new user, but I'm looking for people to start up an RP group! Maybe a fantasy world of some sort?
I'm big on brainstorming with other people, I find it extremely fun to throw ideas out there and to watch them form and become something extraordinary.
But you see I've formed groups like this before on other sites and I seem to get a lot of people who don't wanna put much effort into things. They kinda go with whatever I say and don't give any feedback or help pitch ideas, in fact most of their responses consisted of "okay" and "yeah sure". So I'm looking for talkative people with lots of ideas who enjoy brainstorming with other people! It would also help if your a generally active member of this site.
I hope I can find people who are interested. I don't know how many people will be, but if there are quite a few people I want to keep it to a minimum and will probably pick people who have similar interests so there isn't a lot of bickering about what kind of RP world/group this will be. Thanks!

I generally like worldbuilding, which is always very cool. But, ah, I need to ask: if the group goes for universe, you planning on making it an alternate Earth universe, or a completely different one?

Also, I'd like to add that this could be anywhere from medieval times type rp to really futuristic!

Well normally I'd go with Alternate Earth Universe but I could go with a completely different one. That's one thing I am indifferent on, it'd be up to the other people working on this.

Well, I'm interested, I suppose. If its a brand new universe, I don't mind creating new characters for it, but if its an alternate one, I'll bring in my signature ones (Mina and Lanthe..actually, do to their...travelling...abilities, I suppose they fit in easily in a new universe too )

What time period are you thinking about if we go A.E.U?

It took me like 5 minutes of staring at A.E.U to realize what that meant haha
Mmm well I know a lot of people like medieval times but I personally like the whole futuristic deal, I don't feel like its done as often so it interests me greatly.

Heh. I like medieval, too, but yeah, it tend to gets overused Futuristic's cool . But do you mean only 100 years or so into the future, or something really sci-fi? I also don't mind historical fantasy (victorian era, woo! Or Roman or Ancient Greek!), it does get underused, though ...

Well I probably wouldn't go as far as like...Star Trek but yeah pretty far into the future. I find it also very aesthetically pleasing to look at concept art for futuristic eras which is probably why I'd like to rp it more.

Also, yeah I agree those eras are pretty underused, I don't mind them either. My only worry with those is that since I don't know as much about them nor have I rped it that I wouldn't accurate enough.

Hah, good point And the historical-ancient european era is not that hard, once you get used to all the Ye Old Butchered English's Thees And Thooes (Just kidding )

Anyways, if we go BNU, I'll make new characters, or bring in my Signature Ones. If we go A.E.U, I'll probably do the same thing

Haha alright, hopefully someone takes interest pretty soon, I don't know if people are particularly interested in this type of thing...

Also, thats fine, I don't get people who have a problem with people who's first language isn't English...most of them have terrible English and they grew up speaking it haha

Hmm... I'm kind of interested, but I'm not all that good at coming up with ideas... Adding on to other's and collaborating, I might be able to do, though. I like the thought of doing a futuristic rp with aspects of both fantasy and sci-fi.

I'll probably create new characters, I prefer it rather than bring in characters I already have.
