I'm trying to find some people or a group to do medieval fantasy based role plays with. I would enjoy a free-form storyline but also something that can last for a while. Any suggestions? If so please check out my character Darren Vale and let me know if you think he would fit in with whatever you've got ^_^
Thanks~
I do have a couple characters that would work with yours. And if you don't like any of them, I have at least twenty more stored on a different site.

I also have a few plot ideas, if you're interested in hearing them - they're for Tamriel, which would probably work well seeing as how your character, Darren, seems to be from the Elder Scrolls universe.

Another thing, I can't help but ask: the elf, in your profile picture, that Fenris from Dragon Age 2, isn't it?

Indeed it it's ^_^
I'm interested in hearing some of your plots and if there's any of your characters you would suggest I would be glad to look them over.
So few people like Dragon Age c: I'm not a huge fan of Fenris, but I don't hate him either.

Okay, awesome, sorry for taking so long - had a little issue with my laptop.

For characters, I would say either my character Ra'Jahn or Svea, and there's another couple characters I have on a different site (Bjorn and Aelinore) if you don't really find either of them interesting or whatnot. Really it makes no difference to me.

And like I said, I do have a couple of plot ideas.

The first one is kind of based off of my habit of selling all the Daedric artifacts - someone (can be a character or random NPC) buys an Ebony katana from a shopkeeper. It's the Ebony Blade, Mephala's artifact. Of course, her whispers to the blade's owner are irresistible and they go mad, slaughtering a close friend or member of the family with it. And then random murders start happening, people who are connected with the owner. Depending on who the owner is, one or both of our characters would start looking into it, finding the person and trying to get them to stop, to give up the blade and hide it. The owner runs and resorts to dark magic to keep themselves hidden, and the blade further deteriorates their mind. How that turns out is quite flexible. Actually, the whole thing is flexible. Province, time period, everything.

My second one is about Falmer. It is in their nature to hate all but themselves. They are people, with their own language, once the Snow Elves, natives to Skyrim. After much time, they have managed to organize beneath the surface, in the Dwemer cities, and they are even led by a king. They march on the surface and attempt to retake the land that was once theirs, not to live on, exactly, really just to show hatred. The Falmer prove to be a real threat, intelligent, and cunning, despite their obvious physical drawbacks (blindness). Again, the ending and all that is flexible.

Now this next one isn't very good, but it is somewhat decent so I'll throw it in here. And it can be implemented into a number of different plots, so I guess you'd call it a... major subplot that can be broken off as its own plot? Anyways, one of my characters is a Dark Brotherhood Assassin. And the way she goes about killing her targets is a little unique. First, she gains trust with the victims, then kills them when they least expect it, framing someone else for the deed - or paying the Thieves' Guild to frame them for her. This would happen with your character. But they wouldn't die. The assassination would fail, perhaps for a number of different reasons. With this one it can go in multiple different directions.

The last one I've managed to dig up from my storage posts is something sort of like Oblivion - the game before Skyrim. I haven't played Oblivion in quite a long time, so I don't remember the exact ending, but Martin Septim made it virtually impossible for the Daedra to open portals to Nirn and invade Tamriel. Well, of course, being the tainted gods they are, they found a way to bypass this, though it is a very slow invasion and it's not obvious at first. A few Daedra here and there are expected, of course. So if it isn't caught early on, there's really going to be a problem. Honestly this isn't a very good plot, but it is a plot. That's more than can be said for some other RPs.

Let me know if you're interested in any of these. If not, I can probably transfer some of my other plots to fit Tamriel. Or come up with new ones.
