Looking for a fantasy(ish) RP with this character around an unusual arranged marriage. The gist is this:
Wintermote’s people are in need of allies, and they would certainly agree to a marriage as a way to cement an alliance. In this scenario Wintermote, who ranks highly among her people, would be wed to a suitable match from her people’s new allies in order to finalize a diplomatic agreement. The hitch, in this scene, would be that the only suitable match would be another woman. Because neither side would wish to jeopardize the treaty, plans for the marriage would go forward.
Perhaps the marriage is a cultural first. Perhaps one or both participants are less than enthused with the prospect. There might also be some strangeness if the marriage is between a member of a long lived species (like Wintermote) and a species with a much longer or much shorter life. No doubt other plot points, both action and diplomatic oriented, will sneak in.

For some reason, I really like this idea, but I presently lack any suitable character. 
I don't think I've ever had a character that was any sort of royalty or noble, actually...
