Everyone knows about that house on the hill, it has been there for years. Some think its haunted because every so often someone thinks their invincible and can go in without anything going wrong - but sometimes they end up never returning... The adults say its nothing, the missing ones just leave town for bigger and better places than this seaside town. Your curiosity is piqued! Cue epic mystery solving adventure full of discovery and secrets. What secrets lie inside this house? Will we be next?

I'm looking to put together a late high school to college aged group of 5 not to different in style from the Mystery Inc. kids of Scooby Doo. This RP will take place in the modern day and will be following/making reference to current events. I'll provide the brainiac of the group who has a knack for survival skills and motorized vehicles. Her color is purple and she loves to play her favorite tunes for all her friends.

((And before you ask, please don't ask who I really am. I want to keep this a mystery for now...~ ))

Well, if you don't mind non-humans in the rp, I could offer up Jake/Jackie(On my Willow Family profile) who could easily fill the same role Shaggy has. Well, kinda

I'm sorry. But I am looking for strictly humans in a modern RP. Most people find this sort of thing to be boring so I won't be offended if this is a turn off for you or anyone else.

Okay, alternatively I could just play them as humans for this rp, if that works.

Again, I am sorry. But I'd rather the character be who they are than have to force them to adapt to a new setting. If you have a normal human character between the ages of 17-24 who is interested in mysteries, like to dress in a certain color and have cool skills then by all means please let me know.

I am hoping people would write at the very least a single paragraph (6 fully thought out and meaningful sentences) and will be paying close attention to what everyone else will write.

Yes it is, in fact it is on going. But sadly all the spots were filled, if you'd like I can ask the group if you could join us!

I'm looking for characters between the ages of 17-25, gender doesn't matter, human is also a must. Because of the nature of the RP (being loosely based off of scooby-doo style shenanigans mixed with lovecraftian horror) what color of clothing would your perspective character predominately wear?

The colors chosen so far are as follows: Purple, green, red, grey and navy.

Also our characters each serve a particular role; for example the brain, the brawn, the rich, the loyal, the street-smart. What kind of role would you feel comfortable playing that hasn't made it on the list?

I'm new to RP Repository, but if you happen to have a spot open up I would LOVE to join. I love mysteries and Scooby Doo. I think the RP sounds very fun. Please let me know. I am perfectly willing to play a regular human and can adapt to what is needed.
