I'd love to give you a go if you'd be willing to try out an RP through PM. I know you said you prefer chatrooms more (I agree that the dA RP chatrooms suck xD), but my schedule is too erratic to allow me long periods of time online in chat rooms. I haven't played 'true' steampunk before, but I've always loved the genre so I am more than willing to create a character for this. I can certainly follow all of your criteria, it is in fact what I prefer as well!

Also, bravo for the fantastic post for looking for RP. You really put it right out there exactly what you want and what you're looking for, and that is fantastic. ^^

I can check my PMs multiple times throughout the day and respond. It's just hard for me to find times to be online for a full while. I am right now because I'm at work at a computer. But normally I'll check my messages before classes, between classes, at mealtimes, during work, etc. So I can usually get back decently. ^^

Oh don't worry, we have a lot of fantastic RPers here! You will love them.

I would be interested in rping with you. I designed Cabal specifically for a steampunk setting and a particular location as well. I post para-multi para and rp through emails.
