Hey everyone. I don't know how well-known Serik is yet, but I just want to get the word out to some people who haven't seen it, or those who have but have reservations about joining.
Currently we're having a minor dry spell and we could use some new characters to spice up the storyline. Plus, with a major plot about to take place, now is the PERFECT time to join.
So for the uninitiated, Serik is an RP group that takes place in the future, in which a Galactic Republic of Planets consisting of several alien races has reigned for quite some time over an empire connected by Serik Gates that allow instant transportation across vast distances. However, recently some feel that the GRP has shifted towards a dystopia, and want to secede. In the midst of this building crisis, players can take on any role, either involved in the politics (or pending military conflict) or sitting on the sidelines.
We keep rules pretty loose in Serik, and it can be, for the most part, what you want it to be. Battle conspiracies, pirates, or soldiers. Run a shop or a business, explore in a ship, play the game of politics, the choice is entirely up to you.
