What the title says a place to plan lotr rp for anyone that wants to do it. I'm just doing this to see if anyone has any ideas on a lotr rp, I'm don't necessarily want to do lotr right now just want to see some ideas.
A group, or just a thread in this section would surely suffice as planning space
