It's been a while since I had the pleasure to be able to log onto this site. Been through some life changing things, done some things few of you were told the gist of. But, life has turned around for the absolute better and is ever improving with more stability than ever in my new apartment, no longer relying on people who's negligence gets me shafted in the end. However, during my time away with no creative outlet I started tinkering away at some ideas. With no computer at the time I had a dingy old notebook where my thoughts and cognitive cinematic(s) stay, but I would like to bring them to life here. Below I will have each scenario detailed as far as their concept and preface, whichever gets the most appeal will be the one we do.

To anyone unfamiliar with me and my methods: Hello, I am the Dungeoneer. The entity that works in the background to provide you with amazing story with excellent detail that the words burst to life before your very mind's eye.

To previous Adventurers that toured the lands of Old, to the waters of the serpent infested seas and those of you familiar with the infamous Butler and female in question -- I apologize we were unable to complete these said tales and perhaps after this new Song is concluded, we can reminiscence those prior conclusions and resume to your liking.

So to any reading this far please see below for the scenarios in mind:

A) You are within a stasis, your subconscious is unaware of your surroundings, but the fact of the matter is you are being kept alive within an incubation tube. Within said tube are a multitude of you.Your mind, however is sure enough living its own life separate from the body. [This is the part you will be interacting with]. Standing in a white vacant expanse, you are given the abilities of a god. Think it, and it shall be created. You want to reek havoc and cause a lake of fire fill said expanse, it shall be done. Do whatever your heart desires in this space of nothing along with whomever you are accompanied with.

You will be given three posts each to do whatever you want in this porcelain valley.. I will step in after the final post.

The concept of this will be numerous. The world around you will change and you will find yourself in various situations depending on the scenario. Each scenario has a goal, brief and varying in difficulty. From Find this person, escorting the individual to a location, kill a person, arrive to a particular destination. Each time a task is complete, the world will change again. Each goal will be transmitted to your character in various ways. As you progress through this universe of mystery you will be unveiled more and more of your predicament. Think of this with the idea of The Matrix in mind.

The end goal is to return to that White Room, which will also be detailed through the story. In this story I will not be pulling punches in hostile attempts. If the character is terminated then you must rebulid another.

Character Creation for this will be fair different than the usual template. You will obviously have a Name that will be static, never changing, but each time the character is terminated the appearance can be altered as well as the abilities. You have the option of three unnatural traits, unlike the blank expanse where everything is possible, the Matrix identified that it is too powerful to give people this much strength.

Offense-Defense-Utility // Utility are abilities such as Flying, Super Speed, Increased Cognition. Things that aid you in survival or what have you. If you choose to use Ice as a Defense trait, it can only be used as that; however you can get creative to use Super Strength as Offense and shatter an Ice wall to splinter a rain of piercing cryo spires. If you were to try to use Ice as offensive, the scenario will reset; glitch, if you will, and cause the ice to be as though it does not exist and digitize into code.

B ) The second one will be of an interesting game of politics. The title best suited for this can be 'The King, The Thief and The Beast' Each person will have their own role to play in this. The premace is thus. The nation has just endured a long and difficult war, however came out as the victors, but the nation must lick its wounds. As the King, you have to solve the problems presented to you as such your position, however you have odd acquaintances as well. A Thief and a Beast. The person being the Beast can choose to be of any hybrid of human: Werewolf, Vampire, Demon, etc.

Be mindful. Though you won the war, it is like you are building an Empire back up to its feet from the ground up, a sort of anarchy has ensued and your resource of Imperial guard is fairly scarce so there might be a situation where troops cannot attend. You will have a fixed number of 100 Imperial Guards. If your ruling is proper, you might be able to increase this number so make your decisions wisely. Now, just so you don't think choosing King is all about telling people what to do atop a throne in shambles. The option to handle the matter yourself is always a thing, should you choose to show face in a land where people believe the Monarchy should be torn down from On-High.

Thief. As the King's associate and in a sense, a Freedom Fighter for the people despite your nimble, sticky fingers to manage into their purse under the rouse of just a passer-by on the filthy roads, you are not a killer. If something or someone needs to go missing you can do this with ease sure enough and there will be more than enough situations where these traits will be of use.

Beast. A nobleman in human shape, but a savage killer whilst in your altered state. If a message needs to be sent by a ragged, chewed up corpse then so be it.

Each character will be facing their own trials, from beast hunters to Hired Elites and even the possibility of another war. You do have the option of defecting from your home nation as either King, Thief of Beast, just be weary of the consequences if it matters to your character.

C) The year is 1920. The start of a new decade on New year's day. the head to the mafia has died and its time for someone new to rise to power, however there is inner turmoil within the massive syndicate on just who is worthy to come to rise to the challenge. The Godfather left no heirs to this sinful seat. The police also know of the death and are taking advantage to arrest, or kill who resist, those of the syndicate.

This I one was interesting, because I spent a lot of time at the library and needed something that would keep my mind fresh other than reading a Dictionary. SO! Obviously its virtually every man for himself. Few can be trusted. You will interact with NPCs and need to determine whether they can be trusted of if they need to be swimmin' with the fishes. You have the ability to rise to power, but it has to be done delicately. Rub out those who oppose you, shake down important locations, get a mole in with the coppers. Above all. Do what you have to do to survive.

Humans only; unfortunately.

2 of the 3 scenarios have safety nets. Just know that if we end up doing option A, if an apparent opportunity arises I will off your character and another has to be made.

Dice rolls will be effective in all 3 for a multitude of situations from persuasion to feeling out a lie and so on.

Oh my--- wow. So much detail has been put into each of your scenarios and each of them sound like quite an adventure. That being said, I would love to join in! So far, scenario A perks my interest the most. I would be honored to join, it will be good for me to reopen my creative side to keep up with how vast yours is!

I am incredibly interested in all three and would love to be involved whatever you end up doing. I would also be happy to create a new character for any of these!

It's good to see a return of you, Dungeoneer. As it stands, I believe I will be able to participate in Scenario C. Although, I'd have to go and create new character for the Scenario.

Recently, I've had a lack of time, so I will only be participating in one of the scenarios (Scenario C). If I manage to get more time, I'd also like to participate in Scenario A. However, if the slot is taken than all is fine.

I look forward to seeing what kind of twists and turns you have this time around.

Hey man, it's good to see you back in action! I hope you're settling in just fine. Nice to have you back, dungeoneer!

Though I sincerely love the ideas you've put out, I won't be joining them at the moment due to exams and such. But whenever you wish to finish up the former stories, count me in. Both of them have been some of the greatest tales I have ever been a part of, and I'd love to see them come to a satisfying conclusion!

I would be interested in joining either Scenario B, or C. Though I would say my preference would be for Scenario C. And it is good to see you about! I would love to continue any story that you propose, as I am still impressed by your story telling talents. It would be a pleasure to portray a character within your stories.

Thank you for the kind wishes, Rynh. You pass those tests! And I'm so glad to be back. To finally have a creative outlet is possibly of the greatest of pleasures.

As it stands that's 2 for (A), 3 for ( B ) and 3 for (C). I can juggle all 3 of these scenarios, but the response time on my end would be a bit staggered, depending. My present occupation fluctuates in the hours by which they need me. One week I will be putting in 60 hours and the other I will be putting in roughly 36 hours.

If this works for you all, I can start putting up posts tomorrow evening. This was sort of an ultimatum I gave myself in the event all 3 of the scenarios gained almost equal attention. Since I'll be working so many hours I won't be putting a time limit on the stories before a skip.

If you volunteered for more than one scenario, this is fine. If at any point you would like to withdraw from a scenario, please let me know so I can properly write you out. I'd rather a character have a fitting end rather than leave them in unattended stasis.

Alright! Hope it's not too much trouble to do three different scenarios, because if so I can switch!

However, I am very excited (:

I will happily join scenario B. Depending on the role, I will chose my character accordingly. I would prefer the beast- and if that is ok with my fellow RPers this will be the character I choose.

For Scenario B, I would enjoy playing as the King, with a character that I will structure by today. It is fine with me if you wish to play as the beast, Minajerie! For Scenario C, I have a character already selected. Their race will be limited to human, of course. But this has always been true, so the character will not be missing anything. For Scenario C, I will be playing as Eugene, a disgruntled grave digger who works to place a roof over his and his sister's head.

For Scenario A, should I be just creating a blank, virtually undeveloped character? Or is a backstory and everything all right? Because I have characters I could use, but I'm not sure exactly if any existing characters would fit since they all have extensive backstories.

This is working out well for Scenario B, because I would like to play as the thief with Narisa! I'll need to adjust her a bit so she's working for the crown, but I'm sure it will all work out It's great that we all got our preferences!

And as for Scenario C - I'll need to create a new character for that. I'm interested in creating a woman, since it would be less expected, but if that's strange for anyone I can make a man

It is not strange at all, Crimson! And it would be unexpected, so I highly endorse such an idea. It is your character and the story will be their own, whether they are male or female, or neither.

Sounds good then. I've started typing up one of the scenarios, it'll be done when I get home tomorrow evening. In that post will have the post order.

The Dice system is pretty straight forward with the exception of the Chain system I've used in previous Tales. Such as, if I roll a 13 for a particular NPC action, say, a fight. The 13 was an attempt to strike your character. You will have to roll a Dodge.

You roll a 20. You successfully dodge.
>Option to retaliate is available so you add another roll and land an 80

My next post (after everyone's turn has cycled I will roll a defensive roll for the person. NPC rolled a 79
Your comrade at the time also took the opportunity to use their turn to also attack the NPC and rolled an 70

Because your attack landed, that reduced the NPC's roll by 10 points making the vunerble mark needed to aim for is 70 + Mind you, the Chain-System is a bit new as I only used it in my most recent venture, but I do it to reward teamwork.

I typically indicate the effects of each roll so there is no confusion in anything. Here is a Link to one of the previous RPs I Dungeoneered for. It was my first attempt at it so I can assure you what I produce now is so much better by ten fold.
