Ok I listened to this song a while ago and I have been having a serious hankering to do a romance based or loosely based on this song.
Anyway before I get to the details, this character does have WIP, but I would say that her profile is 80-90% done and the rest is in my head. I just need to finish her weaknesses and abilities page which I will go back to work on once I post this ad. Hopefully i'll have it finished by tomorrow.
Anyway back to the rp, I am looking for a dark male character, not necessarily a demon, but something one could classify as dark. Probably evil, but not necessarily. Kelmera generally does her best to suppress the bloodthirsty and murderous side of her Kelpie nature. Perhaps your character is amused by this and wants to coerce her into embracing her darker self?
While there will likely be intimacy in the rp, it will be fade to black for law related reasons.
I do post at least two paragraphs and would like at least one, but with a heavy preference of at least two from my partner. I don't have anything against those who only post a couple of sentences, but I almost always get bored really fast when replying to such short posts.

What information do you need? Just give me some limitations to not create a character that is too op
No ability to completely strip her of her will like hypnotizing or being able to create love potions or the like. No fun that way. That is the only thing I can really think of of the bat. If you have some ideas, but are worried they might be OP, feel free to ask!
