I've been giving hampers to the homeless, cooking Christmas dinner for my family and my neighbours, and spending some time on my college work! I love this time of the year.

I'll be making a duck for our pot-luck family lunch (we're to eager to do dinner!) tomorrow.
This year I got to do some good through Freebirds World Works (I work at Freebirds) and Operation Homefront, which is a really awesome organization. We hosted a needy family at our restaurant and feed them. We had set up an Angel tree and let our guests help out by buying presents for their kids. The turnout was OVERWHELMING and it was really awesome! We had run out of places to put presents lol. It was a really good day and I'm hoping we'll so something similar next year.

I've already made cakes, cookies, and fudge, and still have pies to go. It's like the baking is neverending. 
We'll be hitting up my parents for breakfast and gifts tomorrow, and then over to my husband's parents' place for dinner. Thankfully they're only 20 minutes apart, hehe. Other than that, nothing too special. Rum and eggnog will have some part in it, I'm sure.
