Kira ran off into the desert upon hearing the starting bell. She was in track so she ran faster than most. She hid behind a wall for a second, then continued to run.

Alex ran to the cornacopia as soon as the start bell rang. He grabbed a dark green bag then ran for the forest and climbed up a tree. After he was about fifteen feet high in the tree he opened the bag and looked what he had got. He had a flashlight, a gas mask, pack of matchs, water bottle that was empty, rope, some burn medince.

"shit." Kira said hesitating as she tripped over a boulder. She climbed up to the top of the rock to see a tribute from the second district coming right after her. Kira ran faster, jumping three feet each time to get more distance. She found a rock wall and climbed to the top, in time to see another tribute from district four get stabbed in the chest.

Alex saw that the tribute from two had spotted him and was climbing up the tree with a knife in his mouth. Alex grabbed his backpack and jumped into another tree then another until he was a good two miles away from the tribute two and jumped out of a tree and lookd aroud to see any other tributes, he was saw as an easy tragert because he is the tribute from eleven. He did another look throught and saw that there was a girl from another tribute.

Kira was shy, but her mental abilities picked up. If she didnt fight shed die. Kira picked up a rock and threw it at the girl from distric two who was a well 20 feet away from her. It landed two feet in front of the district two. She threw another one, this time hitting her head and causing the district two girl to pass out. Kira ran away in the opposite direction, wanting some one else to do the 'dirty work' for her.

Alex watched as the firl from two got killed by someone hitting her in the head with a rock. 'Well there goes my chance.' Alex sighed and ran in a walked over to the two girl seeing the damage then flitched when he heard the cannon sound and looked up to be comfired that the heliocopptr appeared he backed away from the girls body and ran back into the woods to go find some water. When he found a pound he saw a group of careers and hide behind a tree then climbed up it and over heard their converstion to find out which tributes they are going to kill so he knew he should watch out for. He heard that they aimed for the tributes in four, the boy from five, both in six, and seven.

Kira looked behind her to see the other two get stabbed in the chest. Kira found a cave and hid in it. giving herself a perfect veiw of the blood shed. 6 dead... only.... how many more would die tonight....

After the careers left Alex jumped down out of the tree and filed his water bottle. "Hey, look there's the Eleven boy!" Someone called out making Alex turn around to see one of the careers coming after him. He saw they left a throwing knife and threw it at the boy coming after him in a the forehead. He grabbed it quickly before the other careers could catch up. He jumped into a tree and jumped from tree to tree until he looked behind him to see that he lost them. He sighed in relief.

Kira saw the career pack and made a rock wall around herself. "You wont die...not today..." Kira told herself repeatedly to not go into a panic attack. She grabbed a rock and sharpened it against another, creating a stone dagger.

Alex saw the careers move away from a cave that caved in but it seemed like the didn't believe it because they were trying to get the rock wall to fall in and kill someone if anyone in there. Alex heard something from the inside of the cave since he was in a tree above it. He stood up on the branch he was one. "I know this is going to get me killed but might as well have some fun in this games." Alex though. "HEY, stupid careers, come and get me!!" He called out to get the careers attetion. They looked up and saw him, they of course remember him when he killed one. "Hey look guys it's the kid who killed Camron!" The oldest looking one, Alex guessed he was seventeen.

Kira got out of the cave, and threw a rock at one of the careers heads, knocking him out. Trying to kill me?!?! Kira shouted running and jumping into a tree next too the boy that'd saved her life.

Alex was suprised that the girl that came out of the cave didn't just let him take the beating. One of the careers tried to hit him in the head but missed by an inch. "Ha! Get better aim!" Alex smriked and grabbed the throwing knife out of the tree and threw back at them knocking out the oldest by hitting him in the head. "Now that the oldest is gone, it well be easier to rest since everybody else is between 12 and 16." Alex though.

There was three careers left. One of the careers ran off into the woods without looking back. After a second another did, leaving Kira, the boy, and the career. Kira jumped down tackling the career and stabbing her in the chest. The career kicked Kira back to the tree, Making Kira unable to get up.

Alex jumped down to help the girl he just helped out earlier. He aimed for the chest of the career, pulled his arm back and threw the knife at her, hitting her right in the arm. Two canoons sounded marking the two careers that died. Alex walked up and grabbed his knife out of the girls chest. All it takes is aim and pratice. He though.

Kira looked at the boy and blushed, "Thank you..." She looked down and gave a faint smile. She pulled herself up. "My name is Kira... whats yours?" She cleaned her stone knife, and checked the career for weapons, finding a knife at her waist, and putting it in her hand.

(two careers left... although theres another aliance of four out there)

Alex watched the girl carefully. "Alex." Was all he said, since he was in the Hunger Games he didn't even think that he would actually be able to surive the careers let alone take down one of the groups of careers. He was suprised at how easy it was to take down the careers and other people.

"Umm...you want to, you know...ally....?" she asked quietly.
