I know this probably will sound like I am just wanting a rank for dirt cheap but I had the idea of maybe having another rank beside Epic Members. Maybe they will have fewer perks like.. no custom 'Epic Member' Only Templates for Profiles and Groups? Any thoughts?
If you'd like specific perks of Epic Membership without the monthly cost, some of them are available à la carte, with the perk you buy lasting forever.

Mostly I kind of want the custom templates and maybe the ability to do more on your personal profile (not characters) but I don't know where to look for such things.
Ahh. Now those things are Epic members only. Unfortunately, I have no plans to give those perks to anyone other than Epic members right now.
Hmn, Okay, is there a forum showing all the perks that we can buy by itself?
