Well, I tried viewing the video... I got the typical error on the video which disables me from viewing the video... The directions alone weren't of any help either! Help? Please?

What is the "typical error" on the video? For your question...

Go to dashboard.

Click the pencil next to the character you want to delete.

Look alllllll the way at the bottom of the page. On the right. It will be under the lighter "Did you know?" box. It will say "Delete (Character name)" and there will be a red X in front of it.

As you can't see video, thought this would be helpful too! Bottom right on this screen on any character, you will find the Delete link. It's not a button, but like Kim said a text link with a red X in front.

As for the error with the video. A few people have reported getting YouTube videos with "snowy screens". They would say, in the snowy box, something akin to: "An error has occurred. Try again later." Funny thing is, it sometimes doesn't work that way and continues saying that for the said video, rendering me to try and find some OTHER source. It's... a bit messy. Some friends of mine are saying it's a Google Chrome thing. When at the high school I went to, we strictly used Internet Explorer, so I'm thinking it's on YouTube's end.

Ahhh, thank you, that helps a lot to understand. It does indeed sound like it's on youtube's end, but it still sucks.
