Jachafu (played by Loki)

Jachafu knew he was in trouble the minute he'd left his designated course. After months of careful planning, he'd finally decided to go with his escape plan, only to have it rushed at the last minute because schedules had gotten changed around. He wasn't in the ship he'd originally wanted, the one that had been outfitted with the proper equipment to evade the authorities. However, if he delayed his departure any more it was likely that he would be arrested and imprisoned.

So here he was, veering off course and attempting to go into hyper-drive while he was radioed by the watchtower repeatedly, asking what was he doing, and ordering him to get back on course. "Now or never..." He muttered to himself, as he flipped off the radio controls and headed for an open section of space that he was sure he could gather the necessary speed for the jump. He knew they would send off retrieval ships after him, but he was hoping that he would be quick enough to evade them. His luck was poor today though, because as soon as he made it to the open space he wanted, the alarms in the cockpit that signaled he was being tailed started going off. "Damn my luck!" He decided to just press it and started the sequence to take him into hyper-drive.

What he wasn't counting on, was the fact that they would rather shoot him down, than allow him to escape! Right as his ship started to enter hyper drive, they fired off a few shots. Unfortunately, for Jachafu at least, the shots followed him into the warp tunnel and clipped his spacecraft. This sent him spiraling out of control and out of the warp tunnel, close to his destination, but not close enough. He started spinning out of control towards some odd planet. It was all Jachafu could do to brace himself for impact as he tried to right the space shuttle some so that he didn't die upon entry. Through the atmosphere he fell, and he managed to get the ship to at least right itself. The o nboard computer system wasn't damaged at least, but something else clearly was or else it wouldn't be falling like this.

Down and down he falls, right into the backyard of some random house in a well to do neighborhood. There's a big crash and lots of dust and smoke. It'd be hard to miss, if anybody had been home at the time. Jachafu did a quick check to make sure that the air outside was breathable for him, before unclipping himself and scurrying out of the cockpit. The door to the sleek, disc shaped ship would slide open and out would pour more smoke...and the strangest looking man anybody in this area had ever seen.

His skin was yellow, but it was an unnatural yellow, almost the color of a golden sunflower. He was wearing a black bodysuit, and his hair was an odd shade of violet. He was coughing and stumbling away from the ship. Hopefully nobody attacked him, because in that moment he would be pretty vulnerable. Once he got his breathing in check, he'd kick the side of the spaceship, "Useless hunk of metal!! I should just send you to the scrap yard where you belong! Can't even take a hit from one measly lazer!!"
Josefine (played by Krissy)

Josefine was taking a shower when the crash came. It wasn't just like bang-bam, the dog knocked over a vase or was jumping at the bathroom door, but it was like a loud car crash or rather, train wreck. Hearing that loud of a sound, she jumped out of the shower, grabbed a blue towel and wrapped it around her slender body and next grabbed a smaller white towl and wrapped it around her vibrant red hair. She grumbled, angry that some thing would interrupt her 'Me' time.

Walking out of the steaming bathroom, Josefine walked down the stairs in her house, feeling the cool wooden floors under her feet. It wasn't unusual to be home alone, as her parents were often away and left her there to fend for herself. Turning right at the end of the stairwell took her into the kitchen, where the dog was clearly eating from the metal garbage can. "BEAR, get the hell out of the garbage!" She yelled at him, walking quickly over to the mess where he was eating a half eaten egg sandwich she had earlier. "Ewww, you're going to poop all over the house, aren't you?"

Josefine scrunched up her nose and looked towards the glass doors near the back of the house and tilted her head to the side. There was smoke outside she hadn't seen before. Maybe her neighbor's were grilling out and Max had accidentally burnt something again. But that seemed a bit excessive, for even Max.

She walked quickly towards the back door, intrigued and less irritated as she was with the dog. As she came to the door, she realized it wasn't her neighbors but her own yard. Josefine gasped a little before letting out a little shrill shriek as she soon a yellow man walking out of the smoke. She slid the doors back and walked outside, ready to bite whomsoever's head off, not realizing exactly what was in her back yard. "This is a joke, right? It's you, isn't it, Joe? Stop messing around, my parents will be home any day now. Get this big piece of junk out of my back yard and go home. I'll see you in class tomorrow!" She yelled at the yellow blob who then just kicked something huge and shiny.

Jachafu was so busy cursing out his ship that he almost didn't notice Josafine at first. He'd stop in his tirade and he's blinking at her confusedly. "Joe? Who is Joe?" He'd shake his head, "Look, I've run into a bit of a problem here, and I need some parts for my ship." He was speaking a universal language that she would hopefully understand, though his accent was a bit strange, probably not like anything she'd ever heard before.

"Is this planet clothing optional? Why are you only wearing a towel? I hope you don't expect me to go around dressed like that." Just who was this weirdo that had shown up in her backyard? "Believe me, I don't want to meet your parents any more than you want me to meet them. If you can help me find the parts I need, I'll be glad to get out of your living space." Hopefully she would realize that this man was absolutely not Joe, and that this definitely wasn't a joke. An honest to goodness alien had just crash landed in her backyard!

Josefine stood there dumbfounded. "Joe... he's a guy from college. Uhhh, exactly who are you? Where are you from? You have the weirdest accent! Why are you... Yellow? You must be in some sort of play. Or something..." She looked at him up and down, placing a hand on her toweled hip. Josefine thought for a moment. What was this weird looking guy doing here?

"Oh... I just got done taking a shower. Things like this stress me out to no end and then when everything is looking good, life just throws in something bad for me. I have the worst luck!" The towel was beginning to slip off her head, showing her red hair peaking through. She looked warily at the smoke and tried to look through it."What kind of car is that? How did you get here, in my back yard?"

Josefine bit her lip and started taping her left foot as if she was waiting. "I'm not going to help until I get some answers."

Jachafu blinked at the girl, "My name is Jachafu, and I'm from Xaldor. I'm not in any play. I'm not even an actor." What was wrong with this woman? "I was born as a yellow." He looked slightly annoyed, "Why are you that awkward peachish color?" He didn't think he'd ever seen anyone quite that shade, "And it's not a car. It's a shuttle craft and it's broken." He was starting to think she might be a little slow.

"Isn't there interstellar travel on this planet?" If there wasn't, he was bound to be in a whole world of trouble. How was he going to get parts for the ship on a planet like this!? "Where exactly am I? I assure you, this is absolutely not where I'd intended to go. I was being shot at and it threw me off course." Though just how far off course remained to be seen.
Josefine (played by Krissy)

Her mouth twisted into a sort of question mark. She wasn't sure exactly how to react to this man. Be nice to him, since he has no idea where he is, or go ahead and tell him to work it out on his own. Josefine sighed. She hated making decisions on her own.

She motioned for the man to follow her, hoping he knew what he was getting himself into. She talked to him as she was on her way, curious to see what he meant by the questions he asked her. "You're in America. Illinois to be exact. Currently on Earth, in the galaxy called The Milky Way. What do you mean by interstellar? No. I know there was something in the news the other day about creating a shuttle that can go into space for normal folks..." She smirked at herself as she stepped into her house. Who wouldn't know where they were? Maybe he had a bump on his head when he crashed.

She was a little mortified at the thought of him being an alien, but she brushed it off. He was playing a game with her, and she wouldn't let him get off so easily. "So, to go along with what you said before, you're from where exactly? It must be out in the desert or across the ocean... And your "Shuttle" needs to be cleaned up and fast. My family be home soon and I don't want them thinking this was my fault."

She quickly scanned the floor, making sure to avoid clumps of garbage. Josefine growled and turned around to face the man.

Sadly, Jachafu had no idea where that was. "...No space travel...?" Well this certainly wasn't looking promising for him. He'd follow behind her, looking around her dwelling as he did so. He'd stand in her kitchen and he'd wrinkle his nose, "What is that smell?" Seems he didn't really like that garbage smell!

She still doesn't seem to be understanding what he's saying about himself, so he'll sigh. "I'm from Xaldor." He said the word very slowly, as if he were speaking to a small child. "It is another planet. Likely light years away from this one." He didn't know why she couldn't tell he was an alien just by looking at him. His black battle suit didn't really look like anything from this place, and then there was the unnatural color of his skin and hair.

"I'd be more than happy to move the shuttlecraft and not cause you any more distress, but as I already stated, it is broken. I need the necessary parts to repair it. How long it is stuck in your backyard depends on how long it takes me to find the correct parts." He's just watching her now with his odd violet eyes, "Are you sure you don't want to put on more clothing before we continue this conversation?"
