So far, out of the characters you've made, who have you enjoyed using most?

So far, I've had the most fun using Kyoya Hiro and Roy Severias, the two seem to be my most popular currently and are arguably the most fun I've had creating.
Asroc

Merak, Asroc and Tenjian are my personal favourites.
M-my favorites? ...Guess by how much artwork I have placed into each character. //shot

But no really, Maxwell, Creatia, and Lexi are my favorites to play. I really wish I had more drive to play my other characters, but no one's shown much of an interest in them so far aside from a few choice people.

Despite not getting as many RPs as my two main ladies, Maxwell is my all-time favorite to play so far. There's something about playing a male like him that gets me more inspired than anything else aside from Creatia... But he's also my most fickle muse, so I love the challenge of wrangling him up to speak to others... Even if it gets annoying from time to time.

Creatia may have the most RP screentime and artwork, but she's actually a tie to Maxwell on who I love to play the most; she's also a bit more versatile than Maxwell and Lexi, so that's why I always toss her in first when it comes to my first few RPs on new sites nowadays.

Lexi I don't have much of a muse for nowadays, but I love her feistiness and active, dominant nature whenever I use her, and she still has a very big place in my hallway of fantasy. She's technically the very first character I made (albeit under a very different name), so there's also that sort of motherly creative attachment.
Altought i try to put the same kind of tought and effort in all my characters, I have to admit that the one I have the most fun rpying with is definetively Lautaro. I've had him for a few years already, even since before making his silblings into actual characters. But the thing I like the most about him is the freedom: His personality and demeanor give me a huge freedom in what he can say or do, regardless he successes or massively fails. He's the one character of mine that i can see finding himself in any situation and having an specific reaction to it.

So yeah, there are a few other ones i really enjoy using due the same reason, but i don't have them on RPR, or at least not yet xD
I like writing for eccentric/chaotic-type characters because irl I have a lot of stupid ideas and urges that I restrain for the sake of social ettiquette, lmao. In roleplays there's a lot more freedom. But really, all types of characters are fun for their own reasons. I could never pick just one.

I love those character archetypes as well, but sadly there are so many of them RP'd so badly that I start to lose interest in it. As in everything, there has to be a balance of personalities, without being overbearing or under bearing in one spectrum or the other.

Yeah, I get that. If they aren't written well they're just annoying (not that I'm claiming I can write them well, lmao).

I find that antisocial or withdrawn characters have the same double-edged sword problem. They're fun to write, but it's easy to accidentally make them a detriment to the plot.
Kellen and Scars, definitely. It's never not fun to play those two bouncing off each other. They're fun to play individually, too, but nothing beats both of them at the same time. Same goes for Symphony and Bones, honestly. Really, all of my characters are at their best and most fun when I'm playing someone else, too.
For me it's Cardew and Máedóc.

Cardew's slight obstacle for being a Witcher does make him very interesting to play as. Even with the lack of emotion, or just the lack of understanding in how emotion works, he can be quite the expressive man. Mostly, with snarky comments, or simple actions- like making soup for someone. However, this generosity doesn't really extend to villagers, outsiders to his kaer. He has a blatant mistrust for such people, even going out of his way to sometimes squeeze the coin out of them depending on how "sassy" they get with him. Definitely a much more morally confused man.

As for Máedóc? He's what you'd expect in Prince Charming- if Prince Charming came with major PTSD and depression. Though, he views these as weaknesses, so therefore continues this cycle of self-loathing. Being taught that such feelings and thoughts, would mean he was never as strong as his father, a man he aspired to be and looked up to. Instead, with these serious mental handicaps, and the mentality to hide it all, you get a man that is effective a giant teddy bear- that is also really just a grizzly bear. He can be viscous, his sheer size giving him the upper hand in almost every battle- along with a temper when provoked. Most witty comments go right over his head, though he can pick up on most, he'd never admit he didn't understand you, if anything he might get defensive. This backwards self-preservation he has going that's mixed with PTSD and depression has made him quite the character. Though, unlike Cardew- his morals are very clear.
Rogue-Scribe

My high-school senior Steve Harrison. He is one of the most popular of my characters as I've had cold-call PMsto him requesting him to RP.

Another is my SOA knock-off biker Jeremiah Tellah. He had a couple abortive RP attempts at first as the reason he was created fell through almost immediately. He then got his profile wiped out by the apocolypse of December 2018. But he's into a couple good RP now. Fun to write.

But it’s my Middle Earth Ranger Durian who is my favourite. He is fun to write in Middle Earth settings. His main RP is being done via GMail. I hope to convince my writing partner to sign up here as they are really good writing RP.
LakotaSiouxWarrior

Aylssa Nicole Kennedy, captain jackleine sparrow, catlin aylssa Franklin, chardonnay Parker, champagne parker,Madison Morgan Kennedy, my all time favorite Susan Melissa Jackson a rouge cop looking for her husband killer's.
The Vixens (played by 8_Stars_8)

I haven't really played them, but I really want to, because I enjoyed playing them.
Coral Heart (played by DarkCrow)

Coral has always been the character I have the most fun playing; She was one of my first 1-3 characters, and has been through a lot. She's my vent character and unapologetically herself and dramatic, and it tends to mean I can just... go nuts with her and pretty much do whatever and that's just Cora, which is super nice to play out.
Hadley Thatch (played by MercyInReach)

I have a major soft spot for Hadley. I love writing so many of my characters but Hadley is a character I connect with very deeply.
bluebell is my oldest character but i feel like that also plays a role in how i write her; i love writing her because i have worked a lot on her, so with that she has a lot of depth to her persona
