So..I don't know why this doesn't click with me, so I'm going to ask...
You HAVE to be an epic user to use custom CSS on your rpr profile? As far as changing the background and such, yes? And if a user has epic status, doesn't it show on their main profile? I swear that I've seen some characters with super custom profiles, but they aren't an epic user?
I guess maybe I'm just confused x.x
