The problem I'm having:
When working on editing this rpr, the background image I had was working perfectly fine for the first hour. All of a sudden, I went to edit something else in the CSS, and it started coming back as "not a valid image url".

Image in question:Large Small

I tried resizing, compressing for web, uploading to another place.. is there another way to get around this issue? Could someone explain to me WHY it was suddenly not a valid url when it was working perfectly fine before?

Thanks in advance!

I got it working again, but it kept removing it if I tried to edit anything else in the coding.

The things I was editing was mostly padding on the gallery (to make it more centered), and fonts (type, color, size, etc). I was using the direct links, and started with both jpg and png versions. I only tried the gif when it wouldn't accept those, thinking the smaller file size might help.

I'm wondering if it was just the lag I've been experiencing on the site all day that's contributing to the error.. I got it working during a window when the lag had stopped, and haven't tried touching the code since.
