Looking for (a) partner(s) for (a) 1x1 RP(s) set in a primary/grade school playground.

I'm not looking for realism for this RP, just a cute making-friends sorta deal. The school can either be a school for monsters or a normal school that happens to have a monster attending (depending on your choice of character).

T'joa has no eyes, nose or ears, but they make up for it with their exceptional senses of taste and touch, allowing them basic 'sight' and 'smell' through vibrations, impressions and particles in the air. It'd be interesting to see others try to get along with this being who despite their physical traits, lack of gender and dangerous instincts when hungry is just an ordinary child.

No romance or adult content please.

Pretty much, with an added hint of overcoming differences in how the world is perceived. Got any character in mind for using for this?

Oh I don't have one made but... My thought is young girl, she sees this "monster" that everyone is so terrified of, she's head the mocking and frantic whispers of the other children who point and stare and the poor creature but she's not afraid. You see this girl has seen real monsters before, terrible things that no one knows exist and this creature, this creature isn't one of them. She could then decide to basically make it her life's work to befriend this creature, to show them that not everyone is afraid of them and the world can be kind if you have a friend to show the way.

How does that sound?

Sure, sounds good. I figure the RP would need a little bit of 'cartoon logic' so that my character can be a pupil at the school in the first place, but everything can fit around that. If you're good with that, I'll send you a private message and we can discuss further. Typically, private messages are a lot of peoples' preferred way of RPing 1-on-1 RPs on this site because the big 'x unread messages' notification at the top of the page that doesn't go away until you read the message.

Ooh, may I partake in this roleplay? Iyu would work for this since he'd probably befriend anyone, including T'joa. He's quite the innocent and carefree one, so his personality would give him some sense of strive to be friends with them. They seem like opposites, which makes one of the best combos to work with, no? ^^

I dunno about opposites... T'joa is pretty care-free, so long as they're well fed, but sure, let's try it out. It may work, so long as Iyu doesn't get grossed out by T'joa's giant mouth.

The setting probably isn't deep enough into geography and politics to have a fixed setting beyond it being modern and more-or-less real-world-ish (with some 'cartoon logic' so that T'joa can be in school in the first place), so in theory it can be set in a school that covers enough ages to have T'joa and Iyu both attending... my first thought was it being an analogue of a British primary school (so ages 4-11), but it's your choice if you want to keep Iyu 15 or have him younger for the RP.

I think that'll do for now... gunna temporarily close this, as too many instances of the same RP can drain my motivation.

Edit: re-opened. Not making a new post because I'm not especially outwardly looking for more of this. Just making sure that others know I'm open to doing this one if they come across it from the link in my main LfRP thread.

Re-Opening. This character still needs some development, so might as well put this old idea back out there.
