Hey there!
Just go to Dashboard > Your Profile and click on your icon. A window will pop up that lets you upload a new profile picture.
Keep in mind that it has to be under 100kb in file size. If it's bigger than that, you may need to resize your image to 95 by 95 pixels (you can do that here) for the upload to work.
