So in a delirious state last night I made a pretty vague premise for an rp somewhat similar to something I'd been planning but different enough that it wasn't just the same story. Its a story about a fantasy world where creatures of evil arise at night and hunt people. Think part minecraft zomboos, part Warded Man night demons and part good ol traditional fae and this is what you've got. Most people don't fight the monsters and don't travel. A few brave souls do but usually don't last alone, especially without magical wards and/or key items.
Presumably this is taking place in a kingdom somewhere but the kingdom is hardly defined, with the intent of giving people with important or semi-important characters a chance to insert their own towns/villages/forts/etc into the story without too much resistance. It is admittedly an oddly celtic setting, but you don't have to have a traditionally celtic character to join. Actually, the more variety, the better.
Now that I'm awake I'm going to try and salvage my sloppy work and see if I can't get some of you guys in this rp smoothly. Its open, so don't worry about waiting unless you want to instate settlements. Then check in on the OOC thread. Most likely it'll be a-ok, its just as a heads up.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.

More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.

No requirements, aside from literacy. Of course it always helps to have a writing style that meshes well together but if I were picky about it I'd have made the rp a closed one. You can post whenever, though its just starting to get off the ground.

You can be what you want but you have to show a commitment to the rp; if you cannot be literate IC, or do not believe you will be interested in it for very long this is not the rp for you. A certain degree of coherence is needed for the other players here to know exactly where your character stands.
