Joseph eagerly awaited to see what kind of trick or treaters would be arriving at his house today. He had gone all out with the decorations, using his medical knowledge to make things creepy. Wanting to make it so that kids would be able to come to his house he had set up two paths to his house, both were covered so that the sides wouldn't be able to see each other. Some sound still carried over though.
On the more friendly side, he had went to hard work, making the path full of dancing skeletons. It was a little aggravating that they moved without muscles, but the joy of the year time of year easily made up for it. The skeletons were dancing to the ever popular Spooky Scary Skeletons theme, which he knew that people would enjoy.
On the scarier side, Joseph had used his potions to make some common bugs larger. Really, bugs were already pretty scary up close, so he didn't really need to do anything else. He did have something in mind for those that complained that it wasn't scary though. To keep the scary side from essentially becoming a zoo, all the bugs could move around the scary side, but he made sure that they could touch any of the visitors. They could get very close though, and it would be enough to make people think that they could get them.

-Hylas eye glowed as she stood there- Go on Hyla,scaaared! -my middle brother chuckled- NO! -i adjust my red and black dyed hair,my drss draghing in the dirt. i was dressed as a vampire, a red and black 1800 century dress, with boots. -i stomped up,clucthing my tyedye pillow case. they stood there as i stepped onto the scaries path,and gulped-
Large bugs instantly noticed that Hyla was there. Some of the meeker ones hide away from the suddenly appearing person, while others charged towards her direction. The most visible bug heading towards Hyla was a large praying mantis. It's large eyes zero'd in on Hyla and started heading towards her. It was unused to being so big, so it was rather slow for it's size.
-she stood there,eyes wide, not in fear but amazement- what kind of mechanica did this take? its MASSIVE-she took put her phone and took a picture-
Being no machinima, the praying mantis let out a strange sound, it's version of a roar. It's long arms moved to cover it's eyes before heading away from what it had thought was easy prey. It really didn't like the flash of the camera. It's footsteps could be heard as it walked away from the person.
-i kept walking,looking at the, in amazement- absolutely amazing-then i noticed the person at the door. i reached behind me and there was click,and my skirt came alive. it opened like a mouth as i walked up,dripping drool,and blood. i smile as i walk up,as my brothers walked away joking about how much of a scaredy cat i was-
"Grrr..."
He remained in his mutt form. Only cladded in dragoon armour. More so wearing a piece on his head, paws and body. Sure, he could be human, but he liked his feral mode more. Seeing these large bugs would be perfect to munch on... or to bark at. However, were was his bag for candy?
He wore a leather pouch around his neck. Seeing one of these bugs caused him to growl more. why was he wandering at a time like this anyway? He was far larger than other real world wolves.

"Trick or Treat! You're my first customer, well other than your brother. I see you took the scary path, how did you handle the bugs? I wasn't sure if I got the protection quite right and was a bit worried that someone could have been hurt by them. Nice custome by the way!"
As he said this, Joseph put his bowl of candy forward, letting the trick or treater take what they wanted.

Deciding it be pointless, the strange canine would walk to the door way. Or make his way. His fur ruffled up as he growled at more of the bugs. This was simply annoying him.
-i look at the wolf,and my skirt growled,and barked,snappink its sharp teeth- hm?-i turn towards the large wolf-

Sensing danger from the wolf, many of the bugs scurried away from him. It was after all, not to long ago that canine creature would snap at them as the flew past, trying to eat them for daring to come near. This one obviously more powerful than the ones they were used to made many of them stay away. Not a single bug came close to Stratos as he strolled through the bug section.

"Oh, there wasn't any mechanics involved, those were all real bugs. I did set something up so that you couldn't be hurt by them, but I wasn't sure if it was on yet." Joseph says before looking over and seeing that the position of a switch. "Oh, well would you look at that, looks like you came through without needing the protection after all. I'll go turn that on."

"Damn bugs... at least they ain't fleas..." He huffed to himself. Shaking himself off and making his fur fluff up, Stratos sat down at the door step. His tail wagged as he stared up at the two. He did indicate he had a leather pouch around his neck.
However, what would they say if he spoke? Would they be freaked out? Maybe bite the bullet and gab away.
"Anyway... from the bug hell... I came here to get some... treats... right?" He raised one ear up and tilted his head.

-my eyes now widen in fear and realization. my eye clicks and whirrs and shows a warning sign- well then-i take a breath and slowly the pupil returns to normal- thats good. i took pictures with my phone so that probably scared them off-

Joseph put the bowl of candy on the ground and then transformed into a canine creature himself, although this was not a wolf but a nine tailed fox. As a fox, Joseph was even taller than he usually was, going to a full eight feet.

"Well, I certainly do have some treats for you. Go ahead and take a few." Joseph said in english as well, trying to show the wolf that he was welcome here.
