So, I haven't seen a lot of superhero RP stuff going on here, and I'm here to change this. Be part of the League of Incredible People, or LIP, and fight crime in the streets of New, Er, City!
This RP has mechanics, which I will explain now:
Things are determined by d10 rolls, and something called Skill Points, or SP. Each character starts with 5 SP to spend on any skill, say, controlling fire, or surviving injury. Each SP invested in a skill adds another d10 to your roll. Numbers to roll over are decided by me, the guy in charge, on a case-by-case basis, except when two superpowered individuals are fighting.
Then, it's defense skill versus the attack. If the defense rolls higher, the superpowered person takes no damage. If the Attack wins, for every 5 points they exceed the defense roll, one point of damage is given. Attacks can be anything, and most characters have 5 hit points. You can sacrifice a Skill Point to increase your HP by two points.
That being said, feel free to make whacky characters. This won't be a very serious RP, think Silver Age superheroes.

Magic may be accepted as truth but is not common. It might be harnessed only by specific beings. Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones.
Modern
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Details: Occasional dice use, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.

Hey, Me and a friend of mine would love this! If you would have us this is my character. My friend will hit you up with his, in a bit. My guy is supposed to be a flying brick. No real punching power. just really durable. lol
