The latest update on the iPhone has made it so that typing *--* turns it into one long dash, preventing us from making this separation line on it.

I haven't figured out how to prevent this. I'm typing this on a computer so I can show an example of it. Is there a way to implement a workaround for this?
If you just type in a few dashes, it turns into a separation line. I didn't even know there was another method.

That’s the normal way, but that doesn’t work. This is what happens.

Whenever I tap “-“ twice, it becomes this: “—“, which doesn’t activate the spacing line.
You have em-dash conversion turned on. I'm not sure if you can go into iPhone settings to look through keyboard options, but em-dash is the term you'd be looking for.

This is a phone settings/configuration issue, not something the RPR can handle on our end.

Ah! Got it!

It's actually called "smart punctuation" now. It is on my phone, anyway. Thank you!
