Commission Information
Disclosure
•Timeframe: I do work a full time job, with a minimum of 45 hours required and many more put in past that, so I'm often very busy. If you're looking for a piece to be completed within a certain timeframe, please make a point to include that in your message and know that I may include a small fee in order to accommodate.
•Updates & Approval: If at any point, you would like an update or an approval sketch on your piece, all you have to do is ask! I'll gladly show you any progress I make on a piece, or do a mock-up sketch for your approval on pose/clothing/markings/etc. before committing to a project.
•Edits: Minor edits and additions are free of charge up to a point; consistently requesting changes and additions beyond what was originally asked for may incur a small fee if it causes the commission to deviate too far from the agreed upon concept. Small changes to a lineart are free, but once a line art is agreed upon for coloring and THEN you consistently request changes to the lineart, it becomes subject to a small fee (not always applicable; it will be discussed if there would be).
I'll only allow for one complete overhaul of a project free of charge; after that, I reserve the right to charge a small fee for time and effort already put in. (An overhaul is changing the entire commission after an agreed upon price or project.)

•The artist reserves the right to deny or decline any commission based on personal reasons, and may cancel any project at any time with a given reason.
•Any finished pieces belong to the artist and may be displayed in their portfolio or on their sites, or in any form they choose. The client retains ownership of the image and may request to have it taken down if they are not comfortable having it on display.
•The client may display the image in ways that are explicitly detailed and agreed upon by the artist. The client may not redistribute the image for a profit. Failure to agree to these terms will result in a fine equal to, but not limited to, 100% of the value agreed upon, plus an additional 50% of the cost of the piece for damages.
•Commissioned artwork and assets that are intended for use in third-party projects — such as video games, movies, television, promotions, ads, etc. — are subject to royalty fees, per an agreement between the artist and the client.

Oh hey, Rootwork, I was trying to look at your thread from my phone a couple of days ago and the column system you have for pricing and policy cuts off at about the second column--I use an android and chrome and was unable to scroll to the right to see more info.
Thought you might like to know in case others are browsing from mobile and having similar issues!
