Time for yet again another stuffy, prissy ball. Eloise saw the dress laying on her bed and scoffed. How the hell was she supposed to wear this? It's pink! SHe rolled her eyes and pushed it onto the floor. She picked up a less formal light blue dress with diamonds and lace on the chest area. She picked white heels with studs and curled her hair and did some light silver makeup. Why was she putting so much into her looks? Because if she was to marry she wanted to see what kind of guys she attracted while beautiful. Then she'd stop being pretty and see what they did. She hated being dressed up but besides. She could mess with more men this way. She'd ditch the dress half way through and put some jeans or sweats on anyways. She honestly just wanted this boring ball to be over. She knelt down and rubbed her dog Ranger's head. He leaned into her happily.
"Only 4 hours of this boring ball. Soon you'll have me all to yourself boy. I wish i could just stay here and watch movies with you and the other pups but you know my mother. She'd kill me." She kissed his head and dragged herself down to the ball. When they announced her she walked in with her head up. She could see her mother steaming with anger from here. Her father however was very happy.
