Here's the scenario: I found a user who I think is lying about their age. They claim to be 27, but the vocabulary and grammar they use suggest otherwise. They are active in the AOF, and from what I've are roleplaying.
I would at least like to warn other Adults on the site about said person, but I don't know where to take it.
How do I go about the situation?
I don't think someone's vocab and grammar is a reliable indicator of age. It is possible that English isn't their first language, so their grammatical skills with English may not be the best. They could also have a disability that makes writing things difficult. Or...writing simply isn't their strongsuit?

Is there anything else that might be calling their age into question, though?

Yes, This user and another (Who I'm going to guess is a friend) are from a site called Quotev. I looked up their usernames, and it's pretty evident that they're at least 13-15 years old from what's present on their profile. And the friend states they're 14.

I've blocked them, but I'm trying to make sure no other 18+ users get into anything.

The best course of action when you suspect an underage user on the site claiming to be 18+ is to report it to Kim directly with all the information you have. This kind of thing gets taken incredibly seriously around here, and if there is a reasonable suspicion that they're lying about their age, Kim will look into it and take appropriate measures from there on. You don't have to do anything else other than report it to Kim. If this person is found to be underage, (I believe but am not 100% sure) they will be removed from the site and unable to join until they're of age to avoid illegal incidents between minors and adults.

I strongly advise against publicly announcing their name/warning other users and starting a witch hunt. Not only is there nothing we can do about it, we also won't have any facts to go by and we might end up prosecuting an actual adult for something they never did. This is harassment and goes against the site's "Be nice" rule.

Thanks so much! Which "category" would I put this under in the email?

No problem! Question would probably work, as you're asking for an investigation on this person. :)
