What has that twisted government done?... You awaken to find yourself on the 3rd floor balcony of a large hotel. The events that led to this point were mostly a blur, but you recall hearing a loud whistling, and when you looked around to see what was causing it, you saw a large metal object falling from the sky. Suddenly you heard someone let out what seemed like a war cry before jumping in between you and the object just as the object struck the ground. After that, a sudden shock wave sent you flying before you blacked out and when you woke up, you were safe and unharmed on this balcony.

Everyone you see on the ground in the surrounding area seems to be acting odd, their skin pale gray and a bizarre static sparking on them time and again. The static seemed to give them a radiant glow in 1 of 12 set colors. From what you've seen the colors vary from person to person, being rather spread out so no 2 colors were standing next to each other. The colors you notice are; white, black, red, light blue, yellow, light green, dark blue, brown, dark green, clear, gray, and chrome.

Suddenly you get noticed by a man that was sparking with a red static, and with a sharp growl the man bursts into flames and jumps from the ground to the bars lining the outside of the balcony, then starts clawing in your direction like a feral beast, and it's then that you get a good enough look to realize this flaming mass of flesh trying to attack you... Is a feral Zombie. You only just realize this when someone jumps from a nearby building and with a sharp spin, kicks the burning mass of flesh right in the face and sends it spiraling to the ground with a loud thud. "Guess you aren't infected... These things only attack what they feed on, and they are not feeding on each other. If you aren't too traumatized to speak, I have one question for you... Do you want to survive?" the male says in a calm tone, standing parkour style where the zombie once had been and patiently awaits your reply.

Hey guys, if you've read this far then thanks for showing interest in my idea. As you might can tell, I'm looking for a modified Zombie Apocalypse RP that is strong in the catagory of magic. Each color of static on the zombies is representative of one of twelve natural powers, and each Zombie has one type of power that only flares active when they notice a source of food. I've had this scenario on my main character profile for a long time, and have only ever managed a few posts before my partner has lost interest and left the RP.

I'd love to find someone to conduct this RP with long term, and if I could start a small group based on this, that would be great. If any romantic feelings develop between characters in the group RP, we can fade to black for that instant and the characters can do a seperate 1x1 romance moment if they so desire. Mostly I'm just after having fun and making a good story, so lets have fun surviving in a Zombie Apocalypse RP world.

I'd like to join. All of the ones I've been a part of have fallen apart, much like your experience. Hopefully this one won't.

I'm usually really active, so unless life happens and I wind up missing a post or two, rest assured I'll be back when I can.

Cool, thanks! I'm assuming that you're wanting our characters to be human?

Not necessarily. Humanoid is prefered, yes, but it's not required to be specifically human. Magic users are welcome, and pretty much any species is acceptable. I guess it just depends on what race you want to play, but it's not my place to tell anyone what character they play as. After all, your characters are your own, so its up to you to decide which you think would fit the best.

I'll definitely keep those points in mind. I'm headed off for awhile, but I'll get back to you in the morning. Hopefully we can get some more people in this. You definitely seem like a fun person to RP with.

A medium-sized, dog-like creature is fending off zombies. Giant fireballs appear above him and they are thrown at the zombies. His eyes are pure white.

This sounds really interesting.. Are weapons allowed? Like guns and stuff? Also, I'm new aswell but I DO have experience with roleplaying, like a lot of others.
